Part V : HVAC WORKS
PART - A : VRV - System Outdoor units Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of air cooled VRV outdoor units working on R-410 A/CFC Free refrigerant. The system shall be suitable to operate on 3 phase, 380-415 V, 50 Hz AC supply and shall comprise of all inverter compressors, confirming to the technical specification. The outdoor units of VRV system should be compatible with RoHS Directive. It should be compatible with all type of indoor units like cassettee units, Hi-wall units, False ceiling mounted units, TFA units, floor mounted units etc. The outdoor units should consist of VRV combination as per manufacturer std. air cooled condenser with each unit comprising 2 or 3nos High COP Compressors of which all should be a Variable Speed compressor, condenser fans which have high external static Pressure of upto 78.4Pa with fan grill, fan motor & controls. The Outdoor units should also include microprocessor control panel, internal control and power wiring, internal interconnecting refrigerant pipes, charging ports, system required standard refrigerant charge, high efficiency heat exchange coil, oil seperator, accumulator and all other required accessories, hardwares shall be enclosed in a single enclosure(s). The entire unit shall have weather resistant powder coating paint for withstanding all ambeint conditions for continous operation and the units shall operate at lower noise levels of approx. 70 dB(A). It shall have ease of maintenance by incorporating Automatic Test Function, Memory Function for operational data and centrally controlled as per cooling zones. The system shall be compatible for microprocessor control by being connected with a separate corded central controller for each cooling zone or set of indoor units for informations and controls such as a) operating condition of indoor units, b) zone control, c) Malfunction code display, d) Airflow volume & direction control, e) Ventillation volume & mode control.It shall be further connectable with unified ON/OFF Controller, Schedule Timer and BMS System. This shall include all hardware and necessary inbuilt softwares complete in all respects as per the drawings Note : 1) The VRF/VRV shall have incoming power MCCBs/MCBs as per VRF/VRV unit control panels specifications. 2) The individual PCB should be microprocessor based as compatible for operation from remote controls with all hardwares, software and accessories complete in all respects. 3) Outdoor units shall be with anti-corrosion treatment and all nuts, bolts etc. shall be hot dip galvanizesd steel. 4) Testing, commissioning of VRV systems shall be included by the bidder in the scope of the work. All the consumables including refrigerant and oil for the proposed VRV system shall be under the scope of the bidder. The topping shall be done for any leakage during testing & commissioning of refrigerant (R-410 A/cfc free).

Indoor units
Cassette type (Round flow) units Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following air cooled VRF/VRV type all directional round flow DX split ceiling mounted cassette type indoor air conditioning unit of following capacity for mounting inside false ceiling confirming to the technical specification of VRF/VRV system and compatible with above Outdoor units. It should comprise of cooling coil, blower with multi speed motor, electronic expansion valve, supply & return air grilles, filters, insulated connection of refrigerant circuit, condensate water drain pump with electronic level sensor including cordless remote controllers & installation from ceiling with all required supports, anchor fastners hardwares, interconnecting refrigerant copper piping, support etc. All as per technical specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.
Hi-wall type units Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following air cooled VRF/VRV type front flow DX split Hi-wall Decorative type indoor air-conditioning units of following sizes capacity for wall mounting confirming to the technical specification and compatible with above Outdoor units where-in the IDU comprises of refrigerant DX cooling coil, electronic expansion valve, blower with multispeed motor, insulated connection of refrigerant circuit, supply & return air grills, filters, thermally insulated condensate water drain line, complete and suitable to operate from cordless remote controller including remote controller along with micro-proccessor based PCB for operation of the indoor units & installation on the wall with all required supports, anchor fasteners hardware’s, with interconnecting refrigerant copper piping, valves, supports etc all as per technical specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge and drawings. All the items required to put the hi-wall units into services after conducting all the tests as per specifications, included in the scope of the bidder whether specifically specified or not.
Outdoor Air Processing Units Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of air cooled VRF/VRV type Outdoor Air processing Treated Fresh Air units of following capacity conforming to the technical specification of VRF/VRV system and compatible with above Outdoor units where-in the IDU comprises of refrigerant DX cooling coil, electronic expansion valve, blower with multi speed motor, insulated connection of refrigerant circuit, filters, thermally insulated condensate water drain line, complete and suitable to operate from cordless/ corded remote controller including remote controller along with micro processor based PCB for operation of the indoor units and installation on the ceiling with all required supports, anchor fasteners, hardwares with interconnecting copper piping, valves supports etc. suitable for operation with VRF/VRV system working on R 410 A/ cfc free refrigerant, all complete as per specification and as directed by EIC.
Grilles and Dampers Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of disc valve (polypropelene / steel) of size 100 mm dia with sleeve of 65 mm dia for flexible duct connection all as per standard specification and instruction of EIC
Central Remote controllers Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of central remote controller as per specification corded controller for each coolig zone / floor to perform the following for Indoor units on each floor; A) Temperature of air in the room / area served by indoor units. B) Indication of no. of indoor and outdoor units working. C) ON/OFF condition of indoor units. D)Malfunction code display. E) Airflow volume & direction control. F) Ventillation volume & mode control. Provision of necessary UPS and cabling, etc, if any shall be included in the scope of the item.
Refrigerant joints Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of refrigerant joints from VRF/VRV manufacturers for VRF/VRV system as per specifications and instruction of EIC. It should have minimum three connections (one inlet and two outlets). Each refrigerant joints sets should form combinedly of suction and discharge line i.e. two nos. of refrigerant joints per set.
Communication cables Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of standard copper 2C x 1.5 sq.mm screened sheilded communication cabling to have interface between outdoor units / controller to individual indoor units and covered into PVC conduit (HMS quality) to be laid on wall/false ceiling & covered ceiling including clamping and supporting as per standard specifications.
Flexible pipe ducting Supply, installation, testing & commisioning of 65 mm dia. Pre-insulated flexible pipe ducting as per standard specifications through 65mm dia GI sleeves installed in walls as per specifications, drawings and instruction of EIC.
GI Ducting Design, supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of GI ducting of following sizes for supply from TFA, fresh air ducts and kitchen ventilation ducts complete with turning vanes, access doors, supports etc. as per drawing and specifications
Insulation
Thermal Insulation Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Al foil faced 13mm nitrile rubber insulation class O for TFA ducting and fresh air ducting as per specification. The duct shall be pre cleaned before applying a thin film of manufacturers recommended adhesive. All joints shall be air tight and sealed with aluminmum tape.
Fresh Air Connection Design, supply, fabrication, installation of outdoor air connection made out of GSS, mounted over a wooden frame of required size with rain protection, bird screen Aluminium powder coated rain protection louver damper all as per standard specifications for treated fresh air units and fresh air ducts.
Refrigerant piping Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the insulated refrigerant piping between outdoor unit to indoor units as per the manufacturer standard. The insulation shall be of 19 mm thick Nitrile rubber class O through out the running length of suction refrigerant piping. The piping shall be laid in shaft, walls/roof/ceiling well supported at specific intervals with wooden batten / mettallic supports and screwed with anchor fasteners for the following sizes of refrigernat piping. The piping laid in open to sun light is to be provided with anti-sun rays coating and the pipes are to be covered with 22 SWG GI ducting suitably and with easy removal facility. All the refrigerant pipelines in terrace shall be installed on MS hot dip galvanized Tray. NB: 1) The sizes and quantities of pipes shown in the drawing are tentative only. 2) The agency upon award of work shall execute the work as per the drawing duly recommended/approved by OEM and cleared by the department.

Carrying out routine pile load test for :
Working capacity of 90 MT for vertical load, using maintained load method as per IS-2911 (Part-4) latest edition using hydraulic jack & dial gauges including all supporting arrangement, kentledge, it's transport, loading, unloading etc. complete (Hydraulic jack and dial gauges shall be got tested/ calibrated from NTL or any other approved Laboratory before use on works.
Lateral load testing of single pile with free pile head for working capacity of 3.5MT in accordance with IS 2911 (Part-4) latest for determining safe allowable lateral load on pile etc. complete as per drawing, as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Cement concrete of specified grades at all locations & depths for the following works using graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size including necessary form work, machine mixing, transporting, placing in position consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Notes: a) Reinforcement provided if any shall be measured & paid under relevant item. b) MS frame works around pedestals etc. if provided shall be measured under relevant item. c) The dimensions of pedestals/ foundations are likely to be varied and rate quoted shall be final without any additional cost to the Department.
PCC M-10 grade in bed concrete to pile caps, foundations, pedestal, encasing etc.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S.456-2000 and 13920 latest edition, using 20mm maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Notes for Reinforced Cement Concrete works: i) Cement for structural works shall be OPC/PPC ISI marked and duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge. ii) PPC/ blended cement of ISI marked shall only be used for finishing works on prior approval of Engineer-in-charge. iii) All RCC work shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings and specifications. iv) The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned. v) All coarse aggregate to be of 20mm. maximum size & uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned. vi) The water tank and other tanks shall be executed strictly as per following criteria without any additional cost. a) The water tank and other tank work shall be executed as per IS 3370 latest editions in addition to other relevant IS code mentioned elsewhere. b) The minimum cement content for water retaining structures tank shall not be less than 330 kg/cum and not more than 400 kg/cum. c) During construction of raft slab of underground tank, lift pit dewatering shall be continuously carried out to avoid developent of water pressure. d) Dead load in the form of sand bag shall be placed on the raft slab of underground tank, lift pit, so as to counteract the pore pressure untill the walls are constructed and back filling is done. Number of sand bags required and time period of loading etc. shall be at the descretion of the Engineer in Charge. vii) For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall include the following without any extra cost to the Department. a) Spacers to maintain clear cover for reinforcement. b) Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe bends, hooks, other pipe specials etc. supplied by/ through the dept. c) Making cutout whereever required including cutting the form works etc. d) Test for Concrete shall be done as per IS 456-2000 and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor.
For all type of Structural/ RCC elements with all geometrical shape and sizes
Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) conforming to IS :4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ RCC/ PCC elements including transporting, pumping etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. Notes: i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval for RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc. iii) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure works.
Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/ removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation and plinth at all locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/ RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, where plastering to be done, including all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes for form work: a) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment and stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment. b) The rate of form work shall include all type of structural/ RCC elements and geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces. c) For double/ multi stage shuttering design calculations and details / drawings for scaffolding shall be submitted by the contractor well in advance. Prior written approval of formwork shall be obtained from Engineer in Charge, before commencement of work. d) Nothing extra shall be entertained for revision in drawings
Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineerin charge. Note: The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment.
Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL, JSW and RINL only.
Brick masonry work in foundation and plinth, cable pits, trench, steps etc. using well burnt bricks from approved lot, of class designation 3.5 (classification as per IS 1077-1992 and min. average compression strength not less than 3.5N/mm2 ) in Ready Mix Mortar 1: 6 using ready mix mortar to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints/ simultaneous flush pointing with cement mortar 1:4, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note for Brick masonry work: i) One brick wall thickness shall be considered as 230 mm and lesser wall thickness if any shall be made up to the required dimension by the contractor in Ready Mix Mortar 1:4 using ready mix mortar to proper line, level & plumb without any extra cost to the department. ii) The rate shall include cost of making the brick masonry to all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department. iii) The contractor shall get approved the samples of bricks from the Engineer-In- Charge before procurement on large scale and shall maintain the same for the entire work. iv) Necessary Openings/ nitches/ cut-outs, wherever required as per drawings and asked for by the Engineer-In-Charge, shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.
Cement plaster using READY MIX Plaster (RMP) of approved manufacturer in single/ double coat over concrete/ masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 of thickness mentioned below at lift pit/ trenches and all locations to correct line, level, plane, plumb etc., finished smooth with neat cement finish, including preparing the surface, scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
20 mm thick smooth finish in two coats on concrete surfaces (internal trench/pit) with water proofing agent @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers specifications.
Disposing off the surplus excavated materials by mechanical transport to the near by dumping pits/ dumping areas at approved disposal ground of MCGM (outside Anushaktinagar) including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, spreading, levelling etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: Voids @ 20% for soils and 50% for soft rock/ hard rock shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case direct measurement is not possible.

Supplying and spreading pesticides chlorpyriphos or other chemical approved by central insecticides board as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-construction anti-termite treatment at the rate of 7.5 liters per sq.m. on vertical and 5 ltrs. per sq.m. on horizontal surfaces (or as directed by the manufacturer) within the trenches, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm. centre to centre etc. complete as per IS 6313 Part-II. (The payment will be made on the basis of plinth area measurement only at ground floor/ stilt area for all stages of operation and vertical face will not be measured for payment) all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: a) This item will be executed through approved agency who is a member of Indian Pest Control Association, approved by Central Insecticides Board. b) The contractor shall have to furnish ten years guarantee in the prescribed proforma as per Section-10 (iv) Conditions and clauses of contract-2008, to maintain the anti-termite treated area/ structure free from termite. c) Prior approval of Engineer in Charge shall be obtained after testing the chemical for antitermite to be used and shall be tested in approved laboratory and to be submitted to Engineer in Charge. Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm thick at plinth level in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10mm. maximum size and down graded stone aggregate, mixed with approved water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement laid to levels, slopes etc. including applying a coat of hot bitumen of grade 80/100 at 17 kg./10 sq.m. including cost of form work, curing all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying patent box type cement based water proofing treatment of approved agency for basement raft, vertical walls, lift well & trenches etc. at all levels & locations as per specification of the water proofing agency including cleaning of surfaces, curing and testing the basement raft/ pit for water tightness, rectification of defects if any, etc. complete as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes for waterproofing works:- a) The contractor shall get written approval from the Engineer-in-charge, for the water proofing agency engaged and shall submit the specification of the waterproofing agency before commencement of work. b) The contractor shall test the surface where water proofing treatment is provided for bone dry condition by filling up with water. No wet patches or leaks shall appear on the surrounding wall or under side of the slab. c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Section 10 (iii) of Condition & Clauses of Contract 2008 for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the water proofing treated area in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a weeks time from the date of intimation about such leakages/ defects. d) The contractor shall keep the watertank and other tanks filled with water after the water proofing work has been completed and shall clean it before handing over. At no time shall the water tank be kept empty. Testing for the bone dry condition for the waterproofing work carried out shall again be done, before handing over the flats, if found necessary by the Engineer-in-charge. e) Wherever Cement motar is to be used it shall be with Ready mix mortar for all waterproofing work with suitable proportioning for richer mix.
Providing 50 mm to 70mm thick waterproofing treatment on horizontal surfaces for base/ floor consisting of i) Ist layer shahabad stone of approx. size 600 x 600 x 20mm thick of approved quality rough stone slab over a 25mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion. Joints shall be sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 in proportions recommended by the manufacturer. ii) 2nd layer of 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10mm to 12mm nominal size spreading @ 8cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.
Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing shahabad stone of approx. size 600 x 600 x 20mm thick of approved quality (rough stone slab) with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 in recommended proportion with a gap of 20mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior stone slab with cement mortar1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 20mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

PART I-B : SUPER-STRUCTURE (STRUCTURAL) i) Super structure items included in this schedule pertains to all the works above plinth level upto roof including parapets, water tanks, machine room, terrace level works etc. unless specified otherwise.
Reinforced cement concrete of grade M-30 in super structure conforming to IS 456-2000 and 13920 latest edition, at all floors and levels for all structural members in all geometrical shapes/ design as per drawings using graded stone aggregate of 20mm and down graded including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing, etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer in Charge. Notes for RCC Works: a) All RCC works shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. b) The water tank work shall be as per IS 3370-2009 latest edition c) The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned. d) All coarse aggregate to be 20mm maximum size and uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned. e) For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall include the following without any extra cost to the Dept. i) Spacers to maintain clear cover for reinforcement. ii) Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe bends, fan hooks, other pipe specials etc. supplied by/ through the Department. iii) Cut out in slabs, construction joints etc. f) Test for concrete shall be done as per IS 456-2000 and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor.

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) conforming to IS 4926 (Latest) in lieu of conventional RCC items, supplied by approved RMC manufacturers including transportation, pumping etc, complete as per instruction of Engineer in Charge. Notes: i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval for RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc. iii) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere in the schedule shall be measured and paid under this item for superstructure works.
Extra for adding approved integral crystalline waterproofing admixture @ 0.80% (minimum) to the weight of cement content per cubic meter of concrete or as recommended as per manufacturer's specification including mixing, conveying, etc. complete and as directed by Engineer in charge. (For terrace roof slab, sloped roof, head room, etc.) Note: The agency shall have to test for water tightness of roof slab concrete by ponding of water for 48 hours and rectify if required by grouting etc, as directed by Engineer in charge.

PART - I-E : MASONRY WORK Notes: a) The contractor shall get approved the samples of autoclaved aerated cement blocks from the Engineer-In-Charge before procurement on large scale and shall maintain the same for the entire work. b) Necessary Openings/ nitches/ pipe sleeves/ cut-outs, wherever required as per drawings and asked for by the Engineer-In-Charge, shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. c) Masonry wall thickness shall be considered as 230mm/ 150mm/ 115mm thick and lesser wall thickness if any shall be made up to the required dimensions by the contractor in CM 1:4 using Ready Mix Mortar to proper line, level and plumb without any extra cost to the Department. d) The rate shall include cost of making autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry to all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department.
Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 115mm/ 150mm/ 230mm thick AAC blocks as per approved manufacturer, using approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar in super structure above plinth level at all locations, levels & lead with RCC band at sill level and lintel level all complete as per direction of Engineer in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for separately)

PART -I-F : FLOORING WORK Notes: a) Adjustment of levels in thickness of mortar bedding due to different types of flooring, if any, shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department upto theoritical floor thickness of 50mm b) In case theoritical floor thicknes is increased to accommodate Raceways/ Electrical service boxes, additional bedding material beyond floor thickness of 50mm shall be paid extra in lean concrete as approved by EIC. c) The contractor shall submit and get approved the sample for flooring, skirting, dado tiles from Engineer in charge before bulk procurement. d) Pattern & design of flooring/ skirting/ dado shall be approved by the Engineer in charge before commencement of work. e) All Exposed edges of all natural stones used for the works like Kotah, Marble, Granite etc. shall be machine cut and shall have uniform thickness, moulded/ champered and mirror polished with high gloss finish as approved by Engineer in charge unless otherwise mentioned. f) The rate shall include cost of making Designs/ patterns in the flooring to all geometrical shapes/ curves of different radius and sizes with no extra cost to the Department. (Any curved design/ patterns in flooring/ Dado, tiles/ stones shall be cut using water jet at facory) g) All Kota stone work shall be mirror polished to get high gloss finish and the rate shall be inclusive of the same in the respective item. h) Wherever dissimilar floor finishes are placed adjacent 3mm thick x 25mm wide aluminium flat dividing strips shall be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the Department. i) The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly. j) The contractor is to take appropriate step to protect the polishing surface/ glazed surfaces of granite stone, vitrified tiles, ceramic tiles flooring and pre polished kotah stone for tread and riser by providing and laying 6mm thick POP during construction period without any additional cost. The surfaces are to be cleaned only at the time of handing over.

Topping of wash basin platform/ reception counter and for vertical supports to platform with black granite/ approved colour (40mm thick) (in one piece) and width of about 600mm, machine polished on both sides, moulding to edges as per drawing, making recess in brick wall, fixing in line, level/ slope, plumb, set in cement mortar 1:3 using Ready Mix Mortar, with maximum length upto 3.00 Mts.(approx.), 900mm x 600mm or as required for vertical in single piece with a separate piece for sink area required if any including cutting of slab to fix S.S sink/ wash basin, fixing over structural steel angles wherever required (structural steel will be paid under relevent item ) etc. including necessary cement paste, araldite making good the surfaces and fixing to level, line, plumb, slope etc. all as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

PART I-G : DOORS AND WINDOWS Note: a) The items of door frames, window frames shall include sealing the joints all round with the masonry work/ concrete and doors or windows with approved mastic filler cement grout/ epoxy compound/polysulphide compound or by any other means whatsoever, by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to make the joints watertight. b) The work contemplated under the item for supplying and fixing the window/door frames shall be got done by the contractor through specialised agencies in the field, approved by the Department. c) One sample each of the door frame, shutter and window with all fittings and fixtures along with locking arrangement including glass panes etc. complete as per schedule of quantities drawing and specifications should be submitted for preliminary inspection before procurement on large scale. The contractor shall submit six copies of shop drawings for windows, ventilators and steel door with frames showing dimensional details of construction etc. for approval of the Engineer-in-charge. After preliminary inspection, the sample should be fixed. Defects etc, if any shall be rectified to the full satisfaction of the Department and after obtaining formal approval in writing of Engineer in charge. d) Door frames, shutters and the windows to be supplied and fixed in position should cater the dimensional tolerance of the openings to an extent of (+/-) 2%. The rates quoted by the tenderers should hold good for such variation. Test shall be conducted by the Department for the flush doors as per IS-2202-1983 Part-I from each consignment and the cost incurred on this account shall be borne by the contractor. e) For bonding the flush doors, block boards, ply wood and all types of wood works, phenol- formal dehyde synthetic resin type adhesives conforming to IS-848-1957 shall be used. f) The rate shall include cost of making the doors & windows etc. in all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department. g) Decorative veneer and lamination sheets if mentioned shall be hot pressed at factory during manufacturing of door shutters.

TOTAL OF PART : I-H : FITTING & FIXTURES:
PART - I-I : WATERPROOFING TREATMENT: a) The contractor shall get written approval from the Engineer in Charge for the water proofing agency engaged and shall submit the specification of the waterproofing before commencement of work. b) The contractor shall test the surface where water proofing treatment is provided for bone dry condition by filling up with water. No wet patches or leaks shall appear on the surrounding wall or under side of the slab c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Section10 (iii) of Conditions and Clauses of Contract - 2008 for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treated area in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification with in a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages/ defects. d) The Contractor shall keep the water tank filled with water after the water proofing work has been completed and shall clean it before handing over. At no time shall the water tank be kept empty. Testing for the bone dry condition for the water proofing work carried out shall again be done, before handing over the Building/ flats, if found necessary by the Engineer in Charge. e) Wherever Cement motar is to be used it shall be with Ready mix mortar for all waterproofing work with suitable proportioning for richer mix.
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of the agency approved by department, including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, terraces etc mixing with waterproofing compound as per IS : 2645 :2003, with average thickness of 115mm and minimum thickness at drain point as 65 mm. Following works are included in above item. a) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. Of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/ brick bats 25mm to 100mm size with 50% of Readymix mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over 20 mm thick layer of Ready mix mortar of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound. d) Finishing the surfaces with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar using readymix C.M 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry & making pattern of 300x300mm square 3mm deep or suitable to receive the China Mosaic waterproofing treatment wherever specified. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer in Charge.
Extra for additional thickness of brick bat coba using ready mix mortar over and above standard average thickness of 115 mm. for effective slope wherever required.
Filling in bath, W/C, toilet, depressed areas with water proofing brick bat coba of the agency approved by the Dept. at all floors and locations up to the required level and making the surface finished suitable to receive floor finish etc. all complete as per drawings and water proofing agency's specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., Kitchen and the like consisting of : i) 1st course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4. Kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound `Impermo' of Snowcem or equivalent conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions. ii) IInd course of cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) using Ready Mix Mortar mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions, 20mm thick up to finished floor level and 15mm thick above finished floor level up to 600mm. iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 Kg per sqm of area. iv) IV th course of 200 micron thick PVC sheet (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/sqm.)
Providing cement based water proofing treatment by 'Injection & Surface' method of the agency approved by the dept. cement based water proofing treatment of 50 mm. and 20mm. thick for the floor and walls respectively at terrace water tanks, finished perfectly smooth to correct line, level and plumb including preparing the existing surfaces, necessary scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per waterproofing agency's specifications and testing water tank for the water tightness and rectification of defects, if any, to render the outer surface bone dry etc. complete as per specifications, drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing & Applying seamless Acrylic based chemical waterproofing system of 1) Smartcare Damp Proof of M/s Asian paints 2) Dr. Fixit Newcoat of M/s Pidilite 3) Brushbond Roof Guard of M/s Fosroc 4) ShaliCryl® LM HI of M/s STP Limited, with minimum DFT of 1 mm excluding the thickness of reinforcing membrane, preparing the base surfaces, applying primer coat , laying reinforcing membrane ( minimum 45 GSM) over primer coat and applying 2 to 3 coats of acrylic based chemical coat to get smooth finished surface etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC, using any one of mentioned manufacturer’s waterproofing systems, all conforming to manufacturer’s physical and chemical parameters. Note: The overall consumption of waterproofing chemicals shall be 1.6 kg/sqm (+/-5%).

PART I - J : PLASTERING WORK : Note: a) Before commencement of plastering, the area shall be cleaned, wetted and shall be marked with 'Thiyyas' or 'Tapanis' and shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge. b) Whenever the electrical contractor/ agency has to fix up switch boxes in walls, necessary Thiyyas or 'Dhadas' shall be arranged prior to plastering so that the electrical boxes are fixed properly in line with the finished plastered surfaces. c) Finishing around the junction boxes shall be done at all floor, level and position to the line, level and right angles as required while carrying out plastering work. d) No extra claim/cement consumption shall be entertained by the department for the plastering done more than the specified thickness shown in the schedule of quantities, to bring the plastered surface to perfect line, level and plumb with adjoining columns and beams. e) Only Ready mix Mortar of approved make shall be used. For richer proportion additional cement to be added in required proportion.

Painting plastered/ concrete surfaces with two coats of acrylic premium (plastic) emulsion paint of approved colour and make over a coat of approved cement/ Acrylic primer including preparing the surfaces, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding and cleaning etc, complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Painting plastered/ concrete surfaces with two coats of exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint of approved manufacturer and of approved colour and shade over a coat of acrylic based water repellent primer of approved make and shade as mentioned below all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample and pattern including providing necessary scaffolding, cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. a) Over sand faced plaster and jalli Note:- Both sides of the jalli shall be measured for payment.
Providing and applying synthetic plaster finish paint of approved patern & make such as Berger/Dulux/Asian paints/Renova over plastered surface by applying one coat of synthetic plaster of thickness as per manufacturer’s specification by trowel/spray and as per approved design including finishing the sharp edges at corners, nitches, etc to perfect line, level, plumb and applying two coats finish of approved premium exterior emulsion paint (with PU and silicon technology) as per manufacturer’s recommendations and specification, of approved colour and shade, including all labour, materials, scaffolding, double height staging if required and surface preparation, in plane/curved/any geometric shaped surface, at all heights, leads, lifts and location as specified in the drawing all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : (Finished surface area shall be measured for payment)
White washing in three coats in all floors and locations for concrete/ wall surfaces in shafts including sand papering and cleaning the surfaces, filling up cracks and crevices if any with approved putty, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

PART : I-L : MISCELLANEOUS WORKS Note: One sample of each item should be submitted for preliminary inspection and approval before procurement/ manufacturing on large scale. After the preliminary inspection and approval, the sample should be fixed at site or kept in the office of the Engineer-in-charge till completion of the work.
Structural steel work at all floors and locations in grills, guard bars for windows, frames, pit/ trench covers, cover bracket for slanting chajja, trap door, railing, balcony hand railing, hoisting hooks, smoke vents etc. using angles, channels, tees, flats, bars, chequered plates etc. of required sizes including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting, making holes/ chases wherever required and fixing / embedding in position in concrete/ brickwork/ marble/ granite stone with necessary hold fasts/ stainless steel screws & rawl plugs by drilling etc. and finishing the concrete/ brick work after fixing/ embedding including painting two coats of anticorrosive bitumastic paint on all unexposed surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces over a coat of approved primer etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Supplying and fixing in position various dia GI pipe for sleeves, railing, ladder in PH shafts and at terrace for over head water tank, using 'B' class (medium duty) GI pipes of any diameter as per requirement and as per drawing for verticals and steps/ Railing/ spout/ sleeves etc. including cutting, bending, welded properly in line and level to the verticals, providing necessary bracings, hold fasts etc. at all levels and anchoring the ladder/ railing with necessary brackets fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4, finishing including painting all exposed surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour over a coat of approved primer etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer incharge.
Providing and fixing approved quality machine cut, mirror polished 18mm uniform thick granite frame in single piece 100mm to 300mm wide in position at all floors and locations laid over 20 mm thick Ready Mix Mortar in CM 1:3 bedding/ backing in correct line, level and plumb, closed jointed, machine grouting, cement slurry, curing including cutting of stones to get rounded exposed edges, full round nosing on both sides (inside & outside), wastage, final hand polishing, rounding of free exposed stone edges etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

SECTION-I : LT PANELS LT PANEL: Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of floor mounting front operated front access extensible type cubicle panel totally enclosed with IP-42 protection with hinged and lockabale doors. Switch boards fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA sheets including inter connections, tinned copper strip/ Wire crimping lugs, bonding to earth suitable for use at 415 V, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz system, and to withstand a fault level of 25kA for 1sec or as specified, symmetrical at 415 V complete as per specifications, as required & as below. All switch boards shall have provision for entry of cables from the top/ bottom as required. All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. The bus bars shall be insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves & color coaded. SMC/ DMC shrouds and busbar supports shall be used. The powder coating colour shade for LT Panels shall be as follows:- 1. Panels fed from normal power supply - RAL 7035 2. Panels fed from DG power supply - (Emergency) - RAL 7024(Graphite grey) or other shade as per instructions of EIC. 3. READYMADE DISTRIBUTION BOARDS Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following readymade distribution boards, double door, IP 42 degree protection complete with necessary, MCBs, earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) etc including interconnections with appropriate capacity size of FRLS insulated copper conductor wires (ISI marked), suitable for concealed mounting/ wall mounting with MS frame work of 40 x 40 x 5 mm MS angle iron, with M.S. enclosure fabricated out of nominal 1.2 mm thick M.S. For socket outlet points/ switch boards on normal power supply, the cover plate shall be white/ off white colour, graphite grey (RAL 7024) or other shade as per instruction of EIC, for socket outlet points/ switch boards on DG power supply. 8. The scope also includes supply of modular blanking plates where ever required. 9. The maximum permissible number of FRLS insulated wires through PVC/ MS conduits shall be as per technical specifications 10. The point wiring shall generally be concealed type only, except in lift shaft/ Elect. Shaft/ Basement areas/ in RCC retaining wall/ in dry well/ above false ceiling & wherever concealed wiring is not feasible, as per instructions of E.I.C

SUBMAIN WIRING :- Supply, installation testing & commissioning of 1100 V FRLS grade PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor wires of the following sizes with necessary leads at both sides in existing floor raceway/ 25 mm/ 40mm dia PVC (HMS) conduit concealed in wall/ beam/ slab/ column or on surface of wall/ beam/ slab/ column on 5 mm thick G.I spacer and 20 SWG GI saddle, MS pull out boxes , junction boxes of suitable sizes as per site requirement, from MDB to individual DBs including connection with copper lugs etc as per specifications and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Connections shall be done with crimped type tinned copper lugs. 2. All embeded conduit junction boxes/ pull boxes shall be covered by 18 SWG thick M S sheet covers painted white projecting atleast 5mm around finished opening fixed to box with CSK machine screws.

SECTION -V : EARTHING SYSTEM
MAINTENANCE FREE EARTHING SYSTEM : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free earthing system & associated works, etc. complete as per specifications & instructions of E-I-C. NOTE: Measurement of resistance of earthing grid must be carried out as per instructions of EIC.
Providing and making earth station comprising of 17mm dia 3m long earthing electrode of high tensile low carbon steel rod molecularly bonded 250 micron copper coating on the outer surface, UL listed, filling bore with suitable earth enhancement compound as per EIC 62561-7 & manufacturer's standard, surrounding the earth electrode complete with all required materials & instructions of EIC. Note: The scope includes :- 1) Installation of earth rods including making pit/ drilling suitable size bore holes in normal soil/ hard rock as per manufacturer's recommendations & design. 2) Exothermic welding of joints between earth electrode & GI / tinned Cu strip and between GI/ tinned Cu strips, used for interconnection of earth electrodes.
Providing & making concrete chamber (1:2:4) of size 600 x 600 x 600 mm (inside dimension) with 10 mm thick MS hinged cover mounted on 40 x 40 x 5 mm thick angle iron frame, 50 x 6 mm & 150 mm long GI equipotential bar mounted inside chamber as per instructions of EIC. (For housing Equipotential bar) Note: The date of testing and earth resistance value shall be written on the cover with black base with yellow paint.
Supply & installation of discharge gap device with parallel connected surge voltage protector to couple different earthing system in fibreglass reinforced polyester enclosure IP 65 & IK08 of size 200 (H) x 250 (W) x 115 (D) mm approx. Note: 1) The enclosure housing discharge gap device shall be installed in concrete chamber housing equipotential bar at above item no.308.012 2) The scope includes inter connection of equipotential bars of lightning & body earthing with suitable size flexible Cu conductor with bimetallic lug as per site & instructions of EIC.

SECTION-VII : FIRE ALARM SYSTEM
Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of analogue addressable type fire alarm system as per relevant Indian Standard specifications and conforming with relevant specifications of fire authorities of local Municipal Corporation, and as directed by E-I-C and consisting of the following: Note: 1) The work shall be carried out by licensed agency complying Maharashtra Fire prevention & Life safety measures Act 2006 with latest amendments. 2) Scope includes submission of factory test report of detectors,break glass and hooters and main panel and final inspection at site. 3) Make of all the components of FAS shall be same. 4) The Panel shall be suitable for networking using open technologies such as TCP/IP, Rs 485, modbus.
Multisensor Detectors : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Intelligent addressable smoke detector unit working on multisensor detection technology with optical, heat detector sensor with inbuilt fault isolator complete with base as required & as per instructions of EIC.
Manual Call Point : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of dust and vermin proof Addressable Manual Call Point, break glass/ pull station (square type/ round type suitable for wall mounting surface/ concealed) having painted/ engraved/ embossed as “IN CASEOF FIRE, BREAK GLASS” on it, small hammer fixed with chain (in case of break glass), painting and other accessories as required. complete as required & as per instructions of EIC.
Loop powered Sounder with Strobe Light: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Wall Mounting Alarm Intelligent loop powered sounder complete as per specifications and as required & as per instructions of EIC.
Response Indicator : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Response indicator consisting of aluminium casting enclosure & steady glowing 2 nos. red indicator (LED) and cover plate shall be screen printed as "FIRE". The unit shall be suitable for connecting in parallel to the multisensor & wall mounting type with provision of 25mm dia conduit entries, painting & other materials as complete as per specifications & of E-I-C.
Fire Alarm Panel Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Analogue addressable microprocessor controlled Fire Alarm Control Panels, capable of being IP networked to the central monitoring System connecting through optical Fiber cable network to monitor and integrate above quantity of accessories like detectors, MCP's/ loop power sounder/ control modules, Fault Isolation Modules, Loop powered hooters, response indicators, fire/ fault indicators, audio-visual signals, central processing units, complete with LED visual indicators, alpha-numeric display and audible alarm both for fire & fault, mains ON indication, test & reset provisions. Each loop should provided with minimum 125 detectors/ devices. The panel shall include integral SMF lead acid batteries with sealed cells (max 24 V) with appropriate AH capacity, as per IS requirement with integral battery charger, wire way box, if required, front openable lockable cover with front glass etc. complete as required and as per specification & instructions of EIC. Note: If charger & battery-capacities provided in redymade panel are not meeting operation requirement as per IS 2189 then charger & batteries shall be provided separately including wiring at no extra cost.

The box shall have front glass door lock with angleiron frame. The hose pipe box shall be fixed with Hilti make Anchor Fastneron the wall or nut bolts (in case of stand in open space) as shown in thedrawing and as directed by EIC. Thebranch pipe with detachable nozzle shall be placed in the hose cabinetcomplete in all respect as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Hose Pipe (For Hydrants, Landing Valve): Supply and installation of Unlined Flax Canvas (hose pipe) for fire fighting conforming to RRL fire hose type A or Synthetic Fibre Woven-Jacket (SFWJ) Elastomeric fire hose type B conforming to IS:636 all with ISI marks as required and of approved make and of 63 mm dia & 15 mtrs length, fitted with male and female SS coupling confirming to IS:903, ISI marks with guaranteed bursting pressure of 35.7 kg/sq.cm and complete as per the technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Each set shall comprise of 2 hose pipes.
Pressure Guages: Supply, installation testing and commisioning of pressure gauges of SS material with dial not less than 150 mm dia of appropriate range and complete in all respects with shut off gauge, cocks , all fittings etc, duly calibrated before installation in MKS and FPS units and duly tested after installation as per drawing and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Air Release Valve: Providing and fixing 20/25 mm dia. (PN - 1.6, Type-S1, Flanged, ISI marked) air release valve conforming to IS - 14845 : 2000 with Double Flange isolating valve (pressure rating PN 1.6) including making necessary flanged joints and providing all fitting materials nuts, bolts etc. and providing T on the pipeline for its installation at site all as per technical specification, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Orifice Plate: Design, supply and fixing stainless steel orifice plate of not less than 6 mm thick having suitable bore for reducing the pressure at the fire hydrant outlet as per fire brigade requirement and to restrict the operating pressure within 3.5 kg/sq.cm. at the fire hydrant outlet. The orifice plate shall be fixed in position & it shall be fitted between the flanges. The orifice plates shall have test certificate and calibrated to give the required pressure, complete all as per specification, drawings & as directed by E.I.C.
Valve Chamber: Construction of brick masonary valve chambers of following sizes comprising of 230 mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 over a bed of 150 mm thick cement concrete of grade M-15 for foundation with 150mm offset all round, including providing and fixing C.I. steps/ foot rests/ rungs each weighing not less than 5 Kg. first step at 450 mm from top of cover, remaining @ 300 mm centre to centre staggered with 380mm spacing, painting etc. racking out joints & plastering in cement mortar 1:3, 20 mm thick both on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement, providing 100 mm thick RCC slab casted in M.S. angle box frame (Galvanised) of 25 mm x 25 mmx 4 mm size in three equal pieces with reinforcement weighing not less than 100 kg/cu.m, fabricated M.S. angle all around & M.S. galvanised flat stiffners including formwork as per drawing etc. complete with lifting hooks at top, providing and fixing C.I. circular surface box weighing not less than 14 kg. over the RCC slab for key rod operation, painting all as per specifications and directions of EIC including dewatering the pit, if required till completion of the work.

Fire Extinguisher:
Proividing & fixing of Dry Chemical Powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher of 04 Kg capacity either portable or trolley mounted as per approved makefitted with pressure indicating gauge, internal tube, squeeze lever type valve fully charged with ABC powder (Mono Ammonium Phosphate) pressured by Nitrogen complete in all respects including wall suspension bracket and conforming to IS 15683-2006. The Fire extinguisher shall be supplied and placed without any damage, scratches and loss of accessories as per specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing & fixing of CO2 type fire extinguisher of 4.5 Kg capacity either portable or trolley mounted, highly effective against B & C class of fire, having ISI certification mark, having flat base including valve, discharge hose & complete in all respects including initial fill with CO2 gas conforming to IS 15683:2006, wall suspension bracket as required & as per instructions of Engineer In Charge. The Fire extinguisher shall be supplied and placed without any damage, scratches and loss of accessories as per specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Fire Bucket Supply and placing of fire sand bucket filled with dry and clean sand to be kept on floor or wall hook confirming to IS 2546. The fire bucket shall be galvanized mild steel of 9 litres capacity. The bucket shall be provided and placed as per instruction of EIC.
Bucket Stand Providing floor mounting stand for keeping 2 Nos. of FIRE buckets of 1000mm in length, 900mm in height, frame made out of 30x30x4 mm M.S.angle, rectangular bottom frame with cross supports for legs, suitable G.I.pipe shall be welded on the top end of of legs with 2 hooks on GI pipe for sand buckets and duly painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats ofblack paint all complete as per the given drawing, specifications or instruction of Engineer-In-Charge (E.I.C.)
Remote ON / OFF P.B. Station: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 14 SWG MS CRCA sheet, remote ON/OFF push button enclosure, with ON / OFF indication lamps, IP 42, wall mounting type, powder coated with RAL 7032 shade complete with internal wiring with 1.5 sq.mm copper PVC FRLS wires etc. Note: 1) ON - OFF indication lamps shall be heavy duty LED type, 240V, 50 Hz 2) PB station shall be lockable type to prevent unauthorize operation of booster pump.
M.V.Cables: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, inner sheath PVC tapped, extruded FRLS PVC outer sheath, GI strip/ wire armoured, multi stranded Aluminium / copper conductor power cable confirming to IS : 1554 part I/IS 7098 part-1 with upto date amendments, fixed on wall/ column/ slab/ false ceiling or in existing hume pipe/ trench/ shaft/ pit on 5mm thick M.S. flat/ GI spacer/ angle/ support fixed with coach screws/ grouted in wall/ anchor fasteners 2mm. thick G.I. Fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc complete including painting of M.S spacers/ angles and saddles all complete as per enclosed detailed specifications, drawings & as per instructions of the E-I-C & of the following sizes. The space between the two support shall be 600mm. approx.

End Joints: End jointing of following sizes of cable by crimping with supply of all jointing materials like solderless tinned copper cable socket, cable glands, gland earthing, insulation tape, flux, duplicate interconnection between gland earthing strip & to the nearest earthing bus terminals as per the drawings, specifications and as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Control Cable: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1 KV grade multicore copper solid/ stranded conductor of following sizes, PVC insulated, FRLS PVC outer sheathed armoured cable between various sensors and starter etc. on existing cable tray/ surface on 5mm thick M.S. flat/ GI spacer/ angle/ support fixed with coach screws/ grouted in wall/ anchor fasteners 2mm. thick G.I. Fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc complete including painting of M.S spacers/ angles and saddles etc. providing brass cable number tag as per enclosed detailed specifications, drawings & as per instructions of the E-I-C. The scope also includes end connections at both ends with glands etc. as required. 3 C x 2.5 sq.mm.
Earthing System: 4 SWG GI strip/ wire fixed to wall/ side of trench/ slab/ column/ beam/ shaft with 5mm thick G.I spacers & GI saddles or on existing cable tray etc.
