Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement morter bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 20 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 by on brick/concrete surfaces of sunken slab, mixed with liquid water proofing compound both floor and wall of sunken slab, the surface shall be cured and allow to dry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 Using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling under floor/sunken slab.

M&L for Ceramic coloured non-skid tiles of size 7-8 mm thick( square / rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n. exec. 0.18 Sqm laid to required levels and slopes as in floors setting and jointed with neat cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick screed bedding layers of cement sand mortar ( 1:4) and All joints shall be filled and sealed with approved epoxy grout of matching colour to ensure water resistance and durability. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed Ceramic Coloured Tiles, 450x350x7mm thick, on vertical faces such as wall,dado, skirting, etc., over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry on prepared and levelled background. The work includes surface hacking/roughening where required, alignment to true line and plumb, cutting with power tools, and maintaining uniform joint spacing. Joints shall be sealed using White or Coloured Cement matching tile finish. The item includes necessary scaffolding, curing (if cementitious backing used), cleaning, protection complete all as specified and as directed.
