14.AMC of Erector Hostel at 400 KV GSS Akal, Jaisalmer

Up-Keeping of RVPN's Erector Hostel at 400 KV GSS Akal (Jaisalmer) having 01 No. VIP Suite, 03 Nos. Rooms with Kitchen, 02 Nos. Rooms, 02 Nos. Dormatry, Dining Hall, Care Taker Room, Office, Store, General Toilet, Driver Dormatry, Terrace, Open Space & Garden. The maintenance should be done as per the following terms, conditions, scope and job: A Cleaning Services: Day to day cleaning of complete erector hostel and it's premises including toilets, roads, garden, open space, parking space, backside area, roof, stair case, hall etc. Completing above activities part time up to 09.00 hour daily including cost of labour, cleaning items all complete. The chambers and manholes should be cleaned as and when required. B Cooking Services: Providing services of sincere & obedient person well experienced in cooking for providing bed tea, breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner etc. in between period from 06.00 - 22.00 hour at erector hostel including wages of cook, purchasing of groceries, cleaning of all kitchen utensils properly & regularly with own cleaning material. The lunch/dinner/tea/breakfast etc. will be charged by users as per relevant RVPN tarrif rate order. C. Attendant cum Watchman Services: Providing services of sincere and obedient attendants for caretaking of room services, cooking services, security services, cleaning of rooms, furnitures, toilets, changing of bed sheets, blankets etc. complete in all respect round the clock. The contractor have to watch & ward all the equipments, fixtures & furnitures of erector hostel. D. Gardening Services: The contractor has to maintain the garden in front of erector hostel including watering of pots/lawns/hedges/etc. with timely hedge cutting, lawn cutting. The contractor has to ensure proper growth & flowering of plants/hedges by mixing of manure/fertilizers including the cost of manure for twice a year
