Supply of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed unarmoured 5 KV grade copper conductor airfield ligthing cable of following sizes generally conforming to IS:1554 - Part II with upto date amendment etc. as per requirement.

Supply of elevated type bi-directional high intensity runway Edge Light fitting suitable for use with 200W, 6.6A halogen lamp complete with all accessories including lamp, lenses, below mentioned type filters, C.I. base plate, gasket and 06 nos. SS bolts etc. complete as required and as per ICAO standards.

Supply of bi-directional inset type high intensity runway edge light fitting, 12" dia. shallow base, prism, filter, prefocus halogen lamps, etc. complete with all accessories suitable for 2x105 W, 6.6 amp. halogen lamps or equivalent and confirming to ICAO & FAA specifications etc. complete with all accessories as required.

Supply of elevated type Uni-directional high intensity runway Threshold Light fitting suitable for use with 200W, 6.6A halogen lamp complete with all accessories including lamp, green spreader lens, C.I. base plate, gasket and 06 nos SS bolts etc. complete as required and as per ICAO standards.

Supply of elevated type Omni-directional medium intensity Taxiway edge Light LED type fitting suitable for use with 1W, 6.6A complete with all accessories including blue lens, C.I. base plate, gasket and 06 nos SS bolts etc. complete as required and as per ICAO standards..

Supply of Power duct of dia 110 mm having as per specification and as per approved make of AAI as required.

Supply of Isolating transformer of following rating, 5 KV grade, 50 Hz encapsulated in polyster resin moulded with neoprene type rubber etc. as required.

Supply of Plug and Receptacle of 5 KV grade of Type - I, class 'B' Essna connector kit for following size copper conductor AFL cable etc. as required.

(i) 16 sqmm.

Dismantling of existing elevated/ inset Runway edge light fitting from the circuit and re-installation of existing/new elevated type Runway edge light fitting/ Taxiway edge light fitting including making necessary connections with existing isolation transformer, essna connectors including providing and fixing with HT tape, shifting the dismantled fittings to AAI store etc as required at site.

Making field connections by crimping 6/ 16 sq.mm. plug & receptable with existing 6/ 16 sq.mm. single core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed AFL copper conductor cable including providing and fixing HT Tape etc. complete as required.

Laying of 1 X 16/ 1 X 6 sqmm. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor Airfield lighting cable of 5 KV grade in the existing HUME / METAL/ HDPE pipe as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with the existing wiring/ cable as required.

Making Horizontal boring by HDD method for crossing of Taxiway track, Road including laying of Power duct of 110 mm dia at the depth of 1.5 mtrs to 3mtrs from the top surface etc. complete as required.

Constructing brick masonary manhole chamber of min. inner dimension 1.0 m x 1.0 m x 1.0 m with medium class bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), R.C.C. top slab of 100 mm thick with mix 1:3:6 cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone of aggregate 20mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1: 3: 6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone of aggregate 40mm nominal size) in side plastering 15 mm thick with cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), 01 nos of RCC slab/covers should be provided in a MS angle frame work of size (40m x 40 x 3mm) at the 04 nos. of edges on top and bottom of the slab including MS handle for the slab. The concrete manhole chamber shall be constructed after excavation for necessary foundation including dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms and filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in the sides of foundations etc. and consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters.
