Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum in soft / loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth, or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable and water supply / sewage pipe line etc. in soft / loose soil & getting out including taking out old brick or precast cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance exc 250 metre and not exc 500 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone / boulders gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) typeC-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stays & mass concrete including necessary form work and fair finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, siesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, coping, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings bed block,roof kerbs or mud stops, kerb stone, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, surface channels and drains, benching, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching and bed blocks etc including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs of drains, manholes, septic tanks, soakage wells etc. including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) nominal mix as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc ; basement slabs, under- reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) nominal mix as in columns, pillars, piers, post and struts complete all as specified and directed. by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel pipes as in Hand rails,half round,nosing to steps including embedding in concrete securing bolts,posts and struts in fencing incld drilling bolting or riveting etc. wind tie for roof including cutting topes to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron (for securing wire mesh) conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MS screw bolt 11 to 15mm dia, length of bolt not exceeding 50mm long machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or serewed both ends, each screwed end fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any mesh, size and type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii)The payment shall be made to the contractor for actual weight ascertain by the BOO as odered by GE.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately under replace items of BOQ.

S&F galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No 25 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers & binder etc.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape as in tie bar fixed to chain link fencing including necessary welding where required as per site requirement & other similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E- 165, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cooler stand 12mm sq guard bar, framework of water tanks and similar works of quality Fe 290 (Gde E-165) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) slab of approved shade as in cooking platforms, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills and the like etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. Cost of ceiling compund is included in the unit rate of this item

S&F factory casted 60mm thick machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paving blocks M-35 having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg / Sqcm using grey cement and no pigment and of shape hexagon/ triangular / zigzag / I-shaped / Three-X etc as directed conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushion (local tibba sand), laid dry, joint filled with dry sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faced or on other than fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint and filling cement based putty in cracks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of black japan paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exc. 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in bedding to drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 150mm bore salt glazed stone ware drain pipes of grade ‘A’, ISI marked, laid to slope in trenches, jointed in CM (1:1) and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour construction of Soak Well for 51 to 100 users as shown on drawing No.GE(A) /comp / 17 / 2016 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes : Irrespective to whether shown on drawing or not, excavation & earthwork shall be in any type of soil, brick work shall be in CM 1:4, over burnt brick bats shall be used for filling, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate shall be provided in foundation, 20mm dia MS rungs made to shape painted with two coats of bituminous paint shall be provided, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate shall be provided in plinth protection, 1.50m long 150mm bore cast iron sand cast inlet pipe shall be provided and slab shall be Precast RCC (1:2:4). Other details shall be as shown on drawings & as specified in particular specifications.

M&L for construction of Septic Tank for 10 to 25 users as shown on drawing No. BTD-016 sheet No. 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes : Irrespective to whether shown on drawing or not, excavation & earthwork shall be in any type of soil, RCC in foundation shall be M-20 (Nominal Mix) over lean concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate over brick hard core, all PCC shall be M-20 (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, all RCC work shall be M-20 (Nominal Mix), brick work shall be in CM 1:4, 20mm dia MS rungs made to shape painted with two coats of bituminous paint shall be provided. Other details shall be as shown on drawings & as specified in particular specifications.

M&L for construction of Septic Tank for 100 users as shown on drawing No. BTD-016 sheet No. 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes : Irrespective to whether shown on drawing or not, excavation & earthwork shall be in any type of soil, RCC in foundation shall be M-20 (Nominal Mix) over lean concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate over brick hard core, all PCC shall be M-20 (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, all RCC work shall be M-20 (Nominal Mix), brick work shall be in CM 1:4, 20mm dia MS rungs made to shape painted with two coats of bituminous paint shall be provided. Other details shall be as shown on drawings & as specified in particular specifications.
