Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Size of Tile 600 x 1200 mm

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/clerestory windows & desertory other Frames/Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (M.S hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, includingnecessary excavation leveling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storyheight made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. Providing and fixing of Glazed white color UPVC (Unplastisized Poly-Vinyl Chloride) 3 track – 2 panel sliding window and 1 Mesh shutter, multichambered having isolated drainage and stiffened/reinforced frames using 108 mm x 45 mm size sections all-round as main frames and shutters made with the profile sections of size 39 mm x 58 mm, including the cost and fixing of 5 mm thick toughened glass in shutters and SS Mesh in Mesh Shutters of Size 30 mm x 48.5 mm with necessary standard gasket, beading. The corners of all the profiles of frames and shutters shall have well defined welded corner joints without any gaps, fixing the window unit to the existing masonry with anchor fasteners as required. The shutters shall have necessary standard hardware, single point locking system of flush lock and other associated fittings to facilitate smooth operation. Drilling/Cleaning hole and injecting Hilti make ETA approved chemical with the help of Hilti HDM 500 dispenser, into a hole of dia & depth as per manufacturer / structural consultant specification and fixing rebars of required diameter subsequently. The chemical should have succesful usage in wet/water saturated concrete cored holed. The chemical should have approval against creep and corrosion. Preparation of Architectural & structural Drawings of the structure and carrying out the Soil Investigation tests from NABL approved Lab duly taking into account the existing buildings. Contractor shall submit the drawings duly vetted by IIT/NIT within 30 days of award of Work Order. Drawings shall be got approved by the Estate Officer before start of the work. Note : Contractor has to ensure that there is no damage to the existing buildings and if any, same shall be got repaired by the contractor at his own cost.
