Item No. 1 :- Excavation for catch / side water gutter in all sorts of soils to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable or excess stuff as directed all sorts of soils.

Item No. 2 :- BITUMINOUS MACADAM : Proving and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder, transported at site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired density for average 50 millimetre compacted thickness with 3.3 % VG-30 Bitumen. With drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA having complying essential features of Hot Mix Plant as per IRC-27 2009 specified conditions and attachments such as electronic load sensor based belt conveyers, automatic synchronization of bitumen and aggregate fedder, built in dust controller system and PLC for Drum Mix Plant, Sensor Paver and Vibratory Roller ( including the cost of tack coat at the rate of 3.00 kilogram / 10 square metre ) by mechanical sprayer etc. complete.

Item No. 3 :- Open Graded Premix Surfacing- Providing and Laying OGC 20 millimetre thickness composed of 13.2 millimetre to 5.6 millimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction VG-30 Bitumen, including providing and laying seal coat sealing voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level and cross fall using Type A seal coat including tack coat at the rate 3.00 kilogramme per 10 square metre. For Bitumen VG-30 bulk—USING drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Paver and Vibratory roller.

Item No. 4 :- Spreading hard murum for side width etc. complete

Item No. 5 :- Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with power roller including artificial watering etc. complete.

Item No. 6 :- Carrying out various test in Government P.W.D. Laboratory as per relevant standards and submitting test results to Engineer-in-charge or his representative and retesting if required, including taxes, overheads and other allied charges etc. complete.
