M&L Factory Made 28 to 30mm thick factory made EPS Core Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S.Tube. The core panel shall consist of 25mm thick High Density EPS conforming to IS 4671, routed with design, sandwiched in between 2mm thick Moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face. the door on all the edges to be sealed with lipping of 10mm (5mm x2) thick x 25mm wide PVC sheet for three sides & 60mm wide PVC sheet for lock side. M&L for Forming jambs, etc., to openings (to foregoing item), with stone supplied by MES including cutting, toothings and properly bonding into old work, built in cement mortar 1:4 including facing and pointing (if necessary) to match existing work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Ceiling fan from any height, opening and dismantling blades from fan, painting of Ceiling fan complete, in situ with synthetic enamal paint by spraying incl filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust including writing MES No with black paint etc , refixing and connecting up including provision of cable from celling rose/ connector to fan including keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting hole in circular shape in stone masonary wall for fixing of exhaust fan of size 300mm and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth (in vertical) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron or earth lead wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of nut, bolt, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, pre-cast RCC cover slab using reinfocement with XPM weighing not less than 1.87 kg/Sqm with suitable handle made of 12mm round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm dia medium grade galvanised steel tube flor watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh 15mm bore light grade galvanised steel tubing upto 7.5 m length for drawing earth lead wire protection, common salt, charcoal, etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion.

M & L for lightening arrester earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead aluminium strip 25 X 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc fixed to roof conductors and down conductors connection with test terminal box and other situaton including jointing by tinned copper/ brass nuts, bolts, screws in addition to brazing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair the single pointed air termination copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed to PCC Block or on insulator base complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repair the test point terminal block made up of bronze of size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for renewal of earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to copper earth strip of size 25x3.15 mm by means of copper bolts , nuts , washers with GI protection pipe 40mm dia medium grade up to 7.5m long , galvanized iron pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC 1:2:4 cover slab 50 mm thick with re-inforcement of 8 mm TMT HCR/ CRS steel bars @ 100mm c/c both directions and PCC chamber with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, charcoal, lugs, common salt complete all as specified and as shown on plate No.3 of SSR Part-I .
