Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil & lifts upto all heights and stacking the excavated soil in all specified distance. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all the surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled neatly dressed.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work including dressing of side & bed & disposing of excavated earth upto all leads & lifts disposed earth to be levelled neatly dressed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-stu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- a) Foundation, footing bases of colums etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, post and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

c) Beams, cantilevers, girders & lintels, sides & soffits or beams, beam haunchings, cantilvers bressumers and lintels in all depths and heights from floor.

d) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing of the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

e) Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits excluding landing.

f) Vertical surfacessuch as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like i/c attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing & laying mechanically mixed & vibrated reinfirced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3 well graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) proportionally by weight with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg/cum minimum M-20 grade and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all height as per HPPWD specifications with updated BIS norms. a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pilasrs, posts and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain upto all floor levels.

c) Suspending floors roofs landing & shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers all floor level.

d) Stair cases (except spiral staircases) excluding landing but prepairing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto all floor levels.

Providing tor steel reinforcement (Fe 415/ Fe-500 D as per design) for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in postion complete upto all floor levels as per HPPWD specification with updated BIS norms.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearstory and other frames, wrought, framed and fixed in position. Hard wood/Sal wood.

Prooviding 40 X 3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm. Long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden splug and immeging in cement concrete block 10x10x15 cms. 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing & fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 35mm thick 2nd. Class Deodar Wood.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required patterns in wooden frames of windows etc. With M.S. flats, square bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws. Plain grill.

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixed in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint in :- a)In trusses and trussed purlins in building.

b) In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm over all with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron j or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing M.S. BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately).

Providing plinth protection under layer of 75mm thick bed of dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm nominal size well ramed and consolidated and ground with fine sand including prepration of ground finished with 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand :6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.) and fixing oxidized M.S hooks and eyes 150mm long.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting. Ready mixed pain brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter sand pepering and stopping with ready mixed paint. (a) White paint.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other matel surfaces after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting Ready mixed pain brushing red oxide/zink oxide chrome.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint otyher than white.

Applying birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final metter finish to the surface complete.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.

Finishing wall with Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Stone soling prperly handpacked filling interstices with kharnja stone & consolidated i/c spreading watering & compaction of binding materials moorum or earth etc. Complete as per HPPWD specification.

Applying cement slurry on Cement concrete work using 2.75kg of cement per sq. meter of floor/wall complete in all respect.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 40mm thick.
