Descaling of one condenser unit of 3 x 80 TR capacity AC plants of any make/type with and including descaling compound DC-98 by using rotary type scaling cutter and brushes in stages as required to remove complete scales from all copper tubes till achieve the desired pressure including renewing of gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers etc. and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- One condenser unit shall be measured as one job for the purpose of payment.

Opening of electronic control panel board and electric panel board and other control switches in chiller AC plant of 3 x 80 TR Capacity of any make/type with technician from OEM for trouble free running of AC plant and calibration/programme reset in microprocessor control board and checking of other parameters like section/discharge pressure, oil pressure cooler entering and leavling temperature etc and including replacing minor springs, washers, bolts, nuts etc for smooth functioning of AC plant at desired temperature complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the unserviceable compressor oil and refil the new compressor oil and filling oil Servo Bharat Freezol 68 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Opening of the existing monoblock pump set and servicing by cleaning all dust, carbon including greasing for the bearing and replacement gland as well as US bearing as per existing sizes complete for the 7.5 HP capacities of pump sets complete all as specified and directed.
