M & L PCC (1:2:4) Type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pan, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle over roof ,surface finished even and Smooth mixed with water proofing compond complete all as speceified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as "supply only "

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges/copping etc finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for apply the non snrink high mechnical strenght properties epoxy based morter @ 5 kg/RM on all corner joints of wall to prevent the capillari formation from wall to roof area, by component system comprising of base. Hardener and quartz filler having ER base and Hardener with Quartz filler etc complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for applying water proofing treatment with the following coats :- (a) First coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.3 Kg/sqm (b) Second Layer of APP based polymectric membrane minimum weighing 3kg /sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms /sqm ) land on primed surface by torch application complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L one coat of aluminium bituminous paint over polymetric membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, precast cement concrete tiles of size 250mm x 250mm x 20 to 22 mm as in foor top ,confirming to IS-1237 laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut & plished between tiles 2 to 3 mm will be filled with cement mortar (1:2) by mixing of chemical or equilant approved by the GE etc complete all as specified and as directed.
