Erecting fabricating cutting welding of M.S.pipe of different size, M.S. plate nuts and bolts. R.S. Joist, bearing beam in position measuring marking into required length including painting (Paint supplied by the contractor at his own cost) making necessary arrangement foe sub-structure and super structure including arrangement of welding, cutting accossories older/ juggle/ fitter etc. as directed by the department. Sub structure: (1) Pipe joint, pile cap fitting, gusset plate fitting, bearing beam plate and bearing beam fitting also fitting colour,bracing etc as directed by the department.

Supply of R.S. Joist of size 450mm x 150mm

Supply of R.S. Joist of size 300mm x 140mm

Labour for fitting, fixing R.S. Joist beam in position including necessary scaffolding, cutting them in to required size drilling holes, supplying and fixingnecessary bolts and nuts painting complete( for steel paint supplied by the contractor at his own cost) as directed .

Filling annular space around footing (in side pipe) in rock lean cement concrete PCC Gra.de M-15 B. With Crushed Stone

Supply of M.S. equals angle of size 75 mm x 75 mm thickness 5mm for placing over R.S. joist for fitting fixing decking.

Supply of track way of 7mm thick Chequrred plate.

Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/ steel surfaces after through leaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apronlaid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications. (A). Stone/Boulder

Construction of Embankment with materials obtained from borrow pits with initial lead up to 3.00km transporting to site spreading grading to required slop and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 (including land compensation of earth) A) From private land.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401

Making 120cm wide bamboo foot bridge with 100mm Bholuka or Barua bamboo posts driven 120 cm to 180 cm underground 3 Nos. in each row and rows being 3m apart bholuka or Barua bamboo dham placed over the posts and tied with cane or wire , Bholuka or barua bamboo struts in each row both up and down stream, jati bamboo long gorhs closely packed and tied with dham. Single layer of mat placed over 75mm thick brush wood and tied with bholuka or Barua bamboo rail stand fixed in one side of the bridge etc. complete.
