Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm)/ M-15 grade with minimum cement content as per latest relevant IS Codes including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels

Note : Minimum Cement Content to be as per the latest revision of the relevant IS Codes.

Providing and laying in position PLUM Concrete with 70 % cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) and 30 % 150 to 230 mm size soling stones spreading uniformly as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering complete at all levels
SECTION -C: Reinforcement Steel, Structural Steel & Formwork Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel supplied by the contractor. Using TMT bars of Fe-500D grade of all sizes .TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor shall conform to IS – 1786 (Latest edition) and BARC specification Note: 1) The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also testing third party from approved laboratories without any extra cost. 2) Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment. 3) Cover blocks shall be of same grade of concrete.
Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and Chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials of approved manufacturers. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials conforming to IS:2062 Notes : 1. The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also third party testing from approved laboratories with out any extra cost. 2. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rates. 3. Welding Electrodes from approved manufactrers meetinf all the technical specifications (the electrode gives smooth radiographic quality weld with low spatter and smoke) grade only shall be used. 4. Holes to be drilled only by Drilling machines and gas cutting of holes are not permitted. 5. Rate inclusive of all consumables like GAS, welding electrodes and tools and tackles etc.
Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

Section-E: Miscellaneous works Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make or approved equivalent meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes and as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including testing of joints etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position 50 mm thick Thermocole board heavy density minimum 18.00 Kg/ Cu.m weight and placing in machine foundation / retaining wall works complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer incharge.
Supplying , cutting to shape and fixing specified diameter UPVC pipes as per IS 4985 in RR Masonry/ RCC walls for weep holes complete all as per drawings and as specified at site.

Backfilling near foundations and in plinth area and trenches at all levels with available excavated material within campus such as cut pieces/ boulders of rock including breaking/crushing using mechanical or manual means, loading, transporting (considering lead up to 3km), unloading, spreading & filling in layers , watering, consolidation and filling the voids of the layer by the use of stone dust as per requirement to filling up the voids in the laid layer with full compaction , complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (1) The excavated rock materials, already available within campus dumped at WMCF (within RR Site), from earlier controlled blasting, shall be crushed /broken to the required size and transported at site as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (2) The layers after filling the stone dust shall be watered and compacted to get the hard surface to avoid any settlement and for laying of PCC on top of it. (3) Stone dust shall be supplied by the Contractor.
