Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 Sqm each and re-fixing in the same opening after necessary repairing viz shifting of hinges/ tower bolt/handle position etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Cost of screws/nails and minor items shall be included in the quoted rates)

M&L for second class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. ( with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for factory made PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for factory made Solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC shets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC shet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of alkalic resistent primer.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including finished even and fair surface without using extra cement but with water proofing compound by weight as per manufacturer's instructions. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved colour and shade complete.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceilings including finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement.
