Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid dry or laid dry & pointed, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include for removal of rubble/debris outside MoD land.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Hard core of broken stone/ boulders, broken to gauge n exc 63 mm and n exc 100mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) screed bed or bedding layer, finished fair and even for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Factory Made Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickess M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25 mm thick sand cushion and joints filled with fine sand, including taking out and removal of old existing paver blocks, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of item No 1.06 here-in-before but using old serviceable paver blocks retrieved from demolition.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in road side berms, surface channels and drains & the like including required form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Factory Made Designer Pre-polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) screed bed or bedding layer, as in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) laid in alternate panels 1.2m x 1.2m, finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) and spike rolling to finished surfaces whilst the concrete is green, including necessary form work to divide the area in panels, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) laid in alternate panels 1.2m x 1.2m, finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) and spike rolling to finished surfaces whilst the concrete is green, including necessary form work to divide the area in panels, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Forming 12mm thick x 100mm deep Expansion joints in concrete pavements/ slabs, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Solar metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 750 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Model KE-SLDEL of Kohinoor or equivalent model in TATA BP/Birla 3M/ Dark Eye as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflector type, of metal body alloy, of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm, with PAMA strip lens reflector, fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make-Dark Eye model No DA - 972 or equivalent in Sun eyes/3M/Tata BP solar as approved by GE

Material and labour for painting 2.5mm thick with thermoplast fluorescent paint of colour white or golden yellow or any other shade conforming to BS standard 3262 with 20% glass beads (inter mixed) applied hot with automatic (commercial) machine drive in strips after preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer’s instructions & according to the specifications laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry Of Surface Transport)- Specifications 2001 (4th revision), making lines, broken lines/dashes, arrows etc. on roads and other like surfaces not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 4100.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
