Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soil to full depth except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting if required for the sides of foundation.

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick watered, rammed and consolidated etc., Complete complying with stanard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling of conveyed earth with a lead of 5Km for basement filling including all labour charges for filling etc.complete

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm guage hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed etc., Complete complying with standard specification.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using second class country bricks of size 23cm x11cm x7cm for the following including curing etc., complete compying with standard specification. (Masonry projection wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost)

Supplying , fabricating and placing in position mild stell/Ribbed for steek riads for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, completed complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting Centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BBLOSKS, STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm 60 cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angels of size 25 mm *25 mm *3 mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm * 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarian props of 10cm, to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., completed and as directed.

RCC 1:1:5:3 mix using 20 mm machine crushed 20mm guage hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding cenetering, shuttering and cost of reinforcemnent grills placed in position, but iuncluding layuing, birating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surface of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) and Kraft paper laid without claiming extra cost etc., Complete complyuing with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Floor finish with ceramic tiles with cm 1:3 mix including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Distembering two coats with best approved colour with Priming Coat over the over the plastered surface including cost and all other charges etc.,

Painting Two coat approved Emulsion paint over the plastered surface including cost and all other charges etc.,
