Tack coat : Providing and applying tack with bitumien emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg to 0.25 kg per sqmon the prepared dry bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom (including cost of testing of materials at the site and laboratory as directed by the deptt) (i) with bitumen emulsion CSS-1h (dry & hungry bitumenous surface).
Bituminous Macadam : Providing and laying bitumenous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, permixed with bitumenous binder, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction (including carriage up to a lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed material upto 10.0km. initial lead from mixing plant)
Semi-Dense Bitumenous concrete : (Providing and laying semi dense bitumenous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, permixed with bitumenous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achivethe desired compaction as per MOSRT&H cl. no.508, complete in all respect, (including carriage upto site from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to site from mixing plant) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) A. with hydrate lime/cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) (a) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (10mm nominal size)
Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications.
Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelins of MoSRT & H's fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.
