Supply & Erection of mini pole of 2 Mtrs. long 80 mm. Dia. Seamless pipe (Jindal-ISI –M/Bhusan-ISI-M/utkarsh-ISI-M/Bansal-ISI-M) on roof of building by Supply & providing MS plate incl. Rose type arrangement nearby base plate for smooth cable entry position & making CC mortar mixture (6 : 3 : 1) and neat cement plaster & cheeping properly of drilling hole painting etc. As per direction of EIC (Muffing 0.3 x 0.3 dia.).

Providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.45x0.45x0.60 mt. above ground level,neatly cemented finished (3mm thick), at the base pole ( in lieu of CC muffing) incl. drilled hole in pole suitable for alkathine/polythene pipe entry, for street light wiring, without loop box.

S & F of Single arm header assembly fabricated from 40 mm dia G.I. pipe (ISI-M) of 2 Mtr. long rigidly welded with 100 mm dia G.I. pipe (ISI-M) of 0.3 Mtr. Long at an angle of 15 degree with horizonrtal axis incl. S&F 3 nos. 1/2" MS jam nut each with 1 no. 1/2" dia. through bolt and painting the entire assembly.

SITC of road lighting luminaire 250V, 90 W (Maximum) ( IP 66 ) with peanut lens and high power LED and to ensure uniform distribution, higher spacing between poles and maintenance free system and system lumen output will be minimum 7200 lumen suitable for use with 230Volt 50Hz AC supply etc as required. as directed by EIC.[Make: CromptonTRP-425-90-57-HL2-LM-NBK / Havells/K-Lite/Philips ]

Supply & Delivery 250V, 25W, energy saving, environment-friendly, aesthetically designed LED Post-top fittings, IP65 protection, better optics for symmetrical light distribution, as directed by EIC. [Make: Havells RUBYPT25WLED757SSYMTOPC or equivalent spec of K-Lite/Philips/Crompton]

Fixing only above light fitting complete with all accessories, as directed by EIC. C3/20(b)

Wiring by 3x 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated copper wire through polythene pipe from loop box to fitting as per GS. [Make-Finolex/KEI/Havells/Polycab] E9/1(b), E2/1(a)]

Laying of 2Cx10 sq.mm. XLPE/Ar. AL Cable on wall/surface incl. S&F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting, as per GS.F1/2(a)

S&F compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of 2Cx6 sqmm XLPE/PVC armoured cable, as per GS.F4/7(a)

Finishing the end of 2Cx6 sqmm XLPE/PVC armoured cable by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials, as per GS. F5/8(b)(ii)

S&F of 250V double door Timer DB [equivalent of 2+8 way SPNDB] with sheet steel enclosure, pnosphitised powder coated neutral bar, DIN rail with IP-43 potection comprising with 1 no. 25A DPMCB ('C' curve 10KA), 2 no. 16A SPMCB ('C' curve 10KA), 1no. Programmable time switch-24 hrs with minimum switching of 15 minutes and 1 no. 18A/25A 2-Pole power contractor with inner-outer plate & internal wiring by suitable size of cu. wire incl. 1 no. Auto-Manual bypass toggle switch and provision for earthing attachment, incl. LED indication light for running condition with mechanical locking arrangement, as directed by EIC.[Make-ABB/L&T/Crabtree]

Supply & fixing LED metallic sign board having LED module made of 3 mm thick ACP sheet ,finished with approved metallic colour as back ground (colour approved by department) & fixed on M.S. structure. The all side fabricated with 20mmx 3mm square bar with required fixing arrangement as frame [size=12' (L)x 4' (H)x 10" (W)] including special type of imported solid Acrylic letter (thickness 3mm raised .5 inch above ACP)fixed on ACP sheet.one side each letter glows or emits light uniformly .Calculation based on all dimensions. Power Supply: Input: 100V, AC to 240V AC,4A /2A ; 50/60 HZ Output:DC 12V, 15A /20A Constant Power Supply.

S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered/ welded with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. complete duly grouted on the parapet etc. in CC mortar ( 4:2:1), including thimble joints of 7/16 SWG wire and (25 x 6) mm GI strip with SS nuts, bolts & washers. Supply & fixing GI (Hot Dip) strips 20 mm x 3 mm thick for horizontal run on the Parapet/Roof/ Wall with GI Saddles 1100 mm apart incl. mending good the damages to building works as per GS..Page No. J-1, Item No. 9

Supply & fixing of GI (Hot Dip) strips 20 mm x 3 mm thick for vertical run on wall with GI saddles spaced not exceeding 1000 mm apart incl. mending good damages to bldg. work as per GS.Page No. J-1, Item No. 10

Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, for LC installation, as per GS.Page No. J-1, Item No. 7

Supply & Fixing of Testing Joints by 20 mm x 3 mm thick GI (Hot Dip) strip 125 mm long grouted on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall for making connection with thimbles at the end of 7/10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) stranded Wire and 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire of vertical conductor and conductor from earth electrode complete with S & F thimbles, GI bolts, nuts, check-nuts, spring washers etc. as required Page No: J-2 Item No 13

Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium) 3.0 Mts. long with welded 2 nos. half circle bracket made of GI strip (65 x 8) mm. with two holes on extended portion of the each strip of length min. 250 mm , and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming, for Soft Soil, as per GS.G1/1B

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.
