Dismantling particle board tiles and aluminium TEE grid in ceiling and refixing after installation of steel frame (to be paid for separately) including by cutting slits in steel tube to accomodate aluminium TEE grid above ceiling, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- The ceiling tiles shall be tightly fixed below steel frame to support glass partition)

Closing of CEILING light panel openings in false ceiling grid with 12mm both side laminated particle board (exterior grade) and Aluminium tees including cutting particle boards, fixing TEE with screws/clates complete as directed (The rate shall be quoted excluding aluminium TEEs which shall be made available by BSNL).

Providing & fixing welded MS steel frame to support glass partition below ceiling with square hollow tube 50x50x2.90mm frame 5.0 metre long horizontal member at bottom and 10nos vertical member 0.40meter connected with 40nos cleats of MS angle 40x40x5mm, 10nos end plates of MS Flat-50x5mm welding tube, cleats angles and plates, including fixing frame to ceiling slab & beam complete as diretced by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick toughened glass of approved brand in partition with fish mouth aluminium profile at top and bottom for glass fixing with screws making necessary holesin glass panels for fixing required door fittings, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Only partition area excluding door & door fittings shall be measured).

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring arrangement (OZONE or equivalent make) making necessary holes for fixing door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (The rate quoted shall be including above fittings and Door handle shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing H-Type stainless steel handle of specified size (OZONE or equivalent make) to toughened glass door complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality.

Removing old laminate sheet with electric heater torch without damaging background plywood panel including delaminating old sheets with carpenter chiesel/screw driver etc. cleaning plywood backing with sand papering etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters:

Extra for Providing bright finished brass butt hinges 100x70x4 mm with necessary screws in place of IS marked stainless steel butt hinge as per relavant agreement item
