Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc. 1.5 meter wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for fixing pole/stay assembly and laying/taking out cables complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n. exc. 50 Mtr and dispositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 Mtr above the starting point complete as directed.

M & L Sand cushioning to UG cables (8cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV, Type I, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm ISI marked all as specfied and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply and laying , testing and connecting up XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor ,11000 volts grade, 185 Sq mm 3 core including taking down of old cable all as specified and directed :- Make : Havells/ Universal/ Gloster/ Polycab as approved by GE

Supply & fixing or laying galvanised steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles/ walls (suitable size iron clamps with nuts, bolts & washers) under road crossing of size 80 mm bore etc including dismantling and taking down existing pipe. Make : Jindal, Tata,Prakash, Swastic.

All as per serial item No. 10.00 above but 100mm bore pipe complete all as specified.

M & L for boaring in any type of soil by conventional method under road 1.0 Mtr below the top surface of road complete for passing through 80mm to 100mm dia GI pipe and filling earth after laying of pipe including disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Pipe will be measured and paid for separatily. Any damage to existing cables of any type will made good by the tenderer without any extra payment.

M&L for removing of cable duct cover for passing of HT cable after taking/passing of HT cable refixing cable duct cover in same position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down/ getting out carefully old serviceable/ unserviceable HT under ground cable from trench/duct or fixed on walls or laid in duct/ pipe/re-routing, any size and core after repairing, taking out PCC cable cover from trenches, kept in safe custody for reuse of serviceable cable cover and UG cable, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Earth work and excavation for taking out and re-laying of cable shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Supply & fixing HT PCC cable route indicator of size 175mm x 150mm thick, 75 cm long and upper front side each indicator shall be embracing 4mm deep with words "HT CABLE" and two coats of synthetic enamel yellow and red paint along HT cable trench after every 50Mtr and corner & on any turnning, road crossing etc including planting in ground with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white or green insulator (HT), 150mm height and 150mm dia, 11000 volts grade including one galvanised MS spindle, two GI washer and one GI nut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for monthly cleaning of entire indoor sub station building (area up to 250 Sqm) inside wall, cleaning floor and out side wall, plinth protection with suitable brush / broom/wiper removing wild vegitation arround sub station building complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 1st cleaning shall be done on commencement of work and last cleaning shall be carried out at the end of completion of work).

M&L for detection of fault through fault locating high voltage mobile machine to locate the fault in 11 KV / 33 KV HT cable by giving high voltage surge and to find out exact location of fault complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) System generated report of fault detecting machine shall be submitted by the contractor while claiming the payment (ii) The item includes transportation, fuel charges, charging of machine etc. for full functioning of machine upto detecting fault at a time. Bidder must quote rate considering the fact that he has solely responsible to arrange fault locating machine & he shall not accept any facility from the dept for the same)

M&L for general servicing, repair and maintenance of HT Panel board / RMU / VCB by taking shut down, removing of carbon particles, rubbing of heated portion of bus bar, removing moisture (if any) and cleaning complete by means of CRC-226 / Petrol tightening of all joints in bus bar, checking of earth, replacement of unserviceable nuts, bolts, washers etc including replacement of corroded glands, lugs/ thimbles and tightening them properly including control wring for metering and relay complete all as specified and directed

M&L for shifting of serviceable/unserviceable HT equipment. Necessary disconnected from supply and reinstallation of dismantled HT 11 KV switch gears / VCB / Transformers etc. from sub station to a location as directed but not more than 5 Kms complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- The cost of lowering down/mounting the HT equipment from existing /new location shall be deemed to be included under this item.

Material & labour for cutting/cleaning of wild vegitation etc in and arround outdoor electric installations (area up to appx 250 Sqm) including disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 500 Mtr out side the installation and carryout every alternate 30 days for the installations complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised GI earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level, earth plate paced on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150mm in layers, connected by GI earth strip size 32x6 mm thick, soldered and revetted to earth plate. GI earth strip will be protected by using 40 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) from test point to main board. The earthing includes PCC pit chamber, RCC pit cover and frame, watering pipe 20mm bore, funnel with wire mess with necessary earth work including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 Mtr etc complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and providing earth indentification plate size 250x200x1.6mm thick welded with angle iron 25x25x4mm (600mm long) embedded in ground with PCC(1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate.Earth plate shall be marked with type of earthing, Test results with black paint with white back ground paint in standard letter font) Note : - Rate quoted by contractor deemed to be inclusive of Earth conductor upto 7.5 RM all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling, taking out all earth connection of strip from any type panel board/transformer to earth test point any size and reploace the worn out earth strip,proper clamp, shadle,nut / bolts and washers connect all joint with new nuts/bolts and washersw to in original posiktion all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth Gi strip measured and paid separetely.

Supply only GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm. complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for painting lines across the diagonally opposite ends of the front and rear side of the panel, the lines shall be painted in 50 mm wide by red post office shade synthetic enamelled paint including writing " 11000 Volts" and DANGER" including formation of Bone and Skull of appropriate size and cleaninig arround the panel complete all as directed

Supply & Fix in replacement led & tin alloy fuse wire suitable for HT supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of EPR high voltage insulation, cable splicing HT tape size 10M length, 38mm width and operating temperature 130deg complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of HT VCB copper alloy bus bar air insulated, appropriate size and length with 11KV grade Polipro power line protector (sleeve) for designed to insulate bare busbar to prevent accidents due to electrocution/ ionisation. The protector should have excellent UV resistance, abrasion resistance, fire resistance properties, good dieelectric strength & maintenance free complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of single (Red-Blue) phase busbar spout suitable for 400 amp to 1250 amps VCB including testing complete. Make & size:- as per existing.

Supply & fix in replacement of single (Y) phase busbar spout suitable for 400 amp to 1250 amps VCB including testing complete. Make & size:- as per existing.

Disconnecting of HT supply from 11 KV VCB of any make/type/capacity for repair works, servicing and taking out trolley with complete decarburizing the contact points, cleaning with CRC solution and inner body cleaning with vaccum cleaner etc and repair/replacement of defective parts found during servicing. Reassembling and testing of relays for tripping time setting, over current setting, earth fault setting etc including checking of vaccume intrupter, tripping mechanism and ratchet wheel & spring charging mechanism etc after servicing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply lay and connectding up LT XLPE insulated armoured LT 1100 volt grades heavy duty with aluminium stranded conductor cable of size 16 sqmm 4 core passing through pipes, induct, on poles, in trenches etc including taking down complete of following sizes :- Make:- Havells / Gloster / Polycab as approved by GE

All as per item No 44 above but of size 25 sqmm 3.5/4 core
