S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmX47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per spcification and drawing complete all as specified. Note:- (a) Existing wall edges to be finished properly in cement plaster 1:4 including providing and fixing 6 Nos of wooden plugs of size not exceeding 17Sqcm average sectional areas and 100mm long to fix the door frame (b) Frame shall be fixed to the wall by using 6 Nos of 100mm long MS screw, 3 each on either side on 6 Nos of wooden plug. S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail and panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.
