De-sludging & Cleaning of septic tanks, manhole, sludge chamber etc by manual digging out and fitting of concenteated sludge including dewatering and cleaning, removing silt , sludge, sludge water and any other forign materials and depositing the same into excavated pits exceeding 1.5 m depth at places n. exc 100 m as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Returning and filling in excavated earth after deposting sludge including sludge water and sprinking bleaching powder over surrounding area and removing surplus excavated soil near areas complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of drain pipes by roding from manholes to manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning (length not exceeding 50 metre from manhole to manholes or septic tank) including taking off manholes cover, placing in portion the same after cleaning and removing the waste material and burying in pits to a distance exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 100 metre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including cost of making pits and covering the same by spreading earth , for any dia of pipe.

Taking out old brick bats of any size from filter bed, segregating serviceable brick bats & unserviceable brick bats removing the waste materials from site and cleaning surface of serviceable brick bats by flushing with water , keeping aside serviceable brick bats for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only loose filling with old brick bats into the filter bed complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour only loose filling with broken brick aggregate of gauge 80 to 150 mm into the filter bed complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of water blockage from water closet to Ist manhole and disposal of waste removed from Air Force Area, complete all as directed all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in deep for sewage lines/manholes etc.n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil.

Returning filling including spreading watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware) set in cement mortar 150 mm internal dia including concrete bed & haunching if required and removing away as directed and specified.

M&L for 150mm bore salt glazed stone ware grade ‘A’ drain pipes, jointed on concrete bed complete including testing compete all as directed all as directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed of drain pipes 100mm bore, laid to falls including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slabs (for manholes and drains etc.), water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary formwork and removing of old broken cover slab complete all as specified. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork and stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete including removing of rubish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with old size sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:6 as in drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified.

M&L for sand (cushioning) filling under floors including watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed by Engr- in -charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls in any height including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.
