Replacement of Conventional type Mandatory Guidance sign boards to LED system at Mysuru Airport

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Internally Illuminated LED based operational guidance signages of various sizes complying with the latest ICAO standards, made out of 4mm thick glare free poly carbonate sheet at front and body made out of 2mm thick powder coated aluminium profile, supported at back by 50mm dia (Nominal size) die cast aluminium / GI pipe at a seperation as required, frangible coupling and base plate/flanges. All the signage shall have letters and symbols made by computerised cutting of vinyl and pasting on the polycarbonate sheet from inside/outside of the sign face of required colour as per ICAO standards. The boards shall be internally illuminated with high luminous, long life LED's with proper heat dissipation mechanism. All the accessories shall be suitable for operation on series circuit at variable current from 2.8A - 6.6A and shall give constant brightness for all current variation. Boards shall be complete with cement concrete foundation of 1:2:4 for mounting legs and cement concrete hard stand of 1:3:6 around the sign board of size & thickness as per specifications, foundation bolt/anchor fasteners, required length of 2X4 Sqmm copper conductor secondary lead cable with male connector protected with PVC medium duty pipe from CI box upto sign board, connections with series cable, secondary leads and departmentally supplied isolating transformers etc complete as per technical specifications and as required

Supply of 5 kV grade, 50 Hz Isolating transformers suitable for LED signages series type encapsulated in polyster resin finally moulded in neoprene tube rubber with primary and secondary connections as per specifications and as required. 200W 6.6/6.6Amp

Supply of of 5 kV grade plug and receptacle (Male & Female Esna connector) suitable for 1 x 6sqmm Unarmoured Copper Conductor Cable of 5KV grade

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/HDPE,/ METAL pipe/DWC as required.

Making field connections by crimping 6 sq.mm. plug and receptacle with the existing 6 sqmm single core PVC copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed AFL cable of 5KV grade including connecting the isolating transformers, applying HT insulation tape and over which PVC tape on the connections etc. as required.

Dismantling of concrete surface of pedestal for existing signage clearing of debris etc. as required.
