NCTPS II Civil Maintenance Circle Civil Maintenance Division Repair and Maintenance works to the Ash slurry pump house at NCTPS-II

Chipping of concrete including cost of all materials, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by site Engineer incharge at site.

Forming "V" groove for half-an-inch width and depth over existing cracks at wall and fill the cracks with Rendroc CS to arrest the entry of water including cost of materials forming "V" groove, labour, lead,lift including scaffolding charges etc., complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding for dismantling sunshades using 10-13 cm dia casuarina props, distance between two rows being 1.25m and spacing of posts being 2m in both rows, with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including logitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with C.W.Planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete using coir and nails.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12mm thick for concrete wall including cost of all materials, T&P, lead, lift, curing etc., complete and as directed by site Engineer incharge of the work.

Inner wall colour washing with Interior Emulsion after through scrapping of old inner wall surface and ceiling applying two coats of Interior Emulsion paint of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Outer Colour washing two coats with Exterior Emulsion of approved quality after through scrapping including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of scaffolding.

Supplying and fixing in position Anodized aluminum sliding glazed window in existing bottom side and top and shutter lock 39x20mmx0.605kg/m, bottom 41x20mmx0.355kg/m , side 39x20mmx0.488kg/m, 6mm wired glass , rubber beading center lock etc including the cost of all materils , labour, lead, lift etc., complete.
