Repair and Maintenance of DG Sets alongwith connected works at AFS Ferozepur under GE (AF) Bhisiana

Servicing of DG set including replacement the set of fuel pre- filters and fine -filters, air filter element, flusing of radiator and filling coolent upto maximum level & engine oil change including engine oil change, 20 W 40 grade (20 Ltrs for 140 KVA DG Set, 12 ltrs for 40 KVA & 2X9 ltrs=18 ltrs for 20KVA sets) as per sample and make for the following capacities of DG sets. Each set shall be comprising, complete set of pre/fine filters, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace set of lube/ engine oil filters as per sample and make for the following capacities of DG sets.

Supply and fixing in replacement of battery lead of copper conductor PVC insulated multi strand 1.25 Mtr long (two Nos) duly fixed with terminals and lugs,complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of old painted surface of DG Set complete with fuel tank by scraping with emry paper and cleaning by thinner and finishing the surface smooth for new paiting of two coat of spray painting with synethetic enamal paint complete including writing of SM/ MES No and colour code all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of generator door hinges metal type with nut bolts or screws for DG set any make any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement indicator lamps AC 230 V, LED type for the panel boards, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement under/over voltage relay input voltage 110-220 V AC suitable for AMF panel, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement engine starting relay DC 12V/24V suitable for AMF panel, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 8 pin relay Base Socket voltage range DC voltage 12 V to 230 V and AC voltage 12 V to 440V suitable for AMF panel, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement contact element NO-NC suitable for AMF panel, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairing the self starter after removing from the Gen set of capacity from 20 kva to 140 KVA and transporting to an authorised sevice centre, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Benjo bolts complete including warsher (02 washers for each bolt), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement fuel pipe filter to FIP wire braided, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement fuel pipe upto 15 mm size from fuel tank to the DG set & over flow return, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 63 Amp 4 Pole of rupturing capacity 16 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 100 Amp 4 Pole of rupturing capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and as directed.
