REPAIRS/MAINT OF PLINTHS INCLUDING ATT AND ALLIED WORKS, REPAIR/MAINT INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ASSETS/GI ROOF SHEET, REPAIR/MAINT INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED FLOOR AND WALL TILES AND ALLIED WORKS AT ARJAN/RS/TIPNIS AREA AND REPAIR/MAINT

M&L post construction antitermite treatment by injecting chemical of anti termite treatment along with external wall below concrete or machinery apron/floor using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 ltr/RM including drilling and plugging holes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L post construction antitermite treatment of soil under existing floor using emulsion @ 1.00 ltr/hole, 300mm dia apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with CM (1:2) to match the existing floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for post construction antitermite treatment at point of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene bases solution) @ 0.50 ltr/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same, complete all as specified and directed. (Note for item No. 1.00 to 3.00 : Work should be carried out through authorised applicator of manufacturer only.)

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grill, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barrel iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walks railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to E-165 (Fe-290) including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including ridges hips valleys as in roof covering, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting, with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, on roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 1.00mm thick plain, galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and eaves/straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting, with two corrugations side lap any thickness, with coach screws and washers, on roofs, walls etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Serviceable CGI sheet obtained from dismantling shall be re-used).

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating, GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old steel or iron surfaces of CGI/any description roof sheet of any description over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new zinc (or galvanised ) surfaces of CGI roof sheet of any description over 10cm width or grith, by applying mordant solution to receiving painting including washing and cleaning, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement of match the surfaces over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300 x 200 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering back coat in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) slabs 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, on floors, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including grinding and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) slabs machine cut, in skirting/dado laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stoneas, over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) as backing coat including grinding and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing compound top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item as supply only.)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification, complete all as directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces ceiling surfaces in CM (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in gorund (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr normal ground level),and top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised means of earth wire 4mm dia with bolts, nuts & check nuts, and washers of galvanised iron protection pipe light grade of 20mm bore and watering pipe GI medium grade of 20mm bore and filled with alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, watering funnel with wire mesh, earth pit chamber and cover CI frame PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I of 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including all earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil and testing on completion, including demolition of old unserviceable earthing of any description, complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Proper earthing pit should be provided with pit cover. (ii) GI earth wire upto 7.5m is demed included in the unit rate.

S&F 32 x 6mm GI earth strip in short pieces on surface or in recess for all interconnecting, in and including taking out worn out and damaged earth strip, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair porcelain vitreous white/brown/green spacers insulator of size 75mm x 35mm x 40mm height complete with one number galvanized iron stud bolts 6mm dia x 40mm long including nut & washers and two number galvanized iron fixing bolts of size 6mm dia and 50mm long including washers and drilling holes for holding/foxomg aluminium strip/roof conductor as required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 50mm with one handle made out of 10mm dia round bar, 29mm dia GI pipe of light grade for watering funnels, wire mesh, necessary earth work in soft/loos soil all as shown in electrical plate No. 4 of MES schedule Part-I (2009) and applying three coats of white wash on plastered surfaces (exposed surfaces) including taking down existing broken earth pit, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Unit quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of necessary earth work.

M & L for painting of earthing pit by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (approved colour), over a coat of primer including preparation and cleaning of earth chamber area (1m x 1m), cleaning of all rusted joints, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanized iron tubing 20mm bore, light grade, with necessary fittings and clamp for mounting of air termination spike including taking down old unserviceable GI tubing of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in block for strip including taking down existing broken block, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: An amount of Rs.1,28,700.00 on account of Credit Schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
