Fabrication and installation of various Stainless Steel piping, supports, valves, pumps, and associated process equipments across all plants of RWM, BARC Tarapur

Fabrication and laying of SS304L pipe lines (SS304L to be given as FIM) as per required modifications at various plants at Tarapur site, preparation of isometric drawings and their erection as per approved piping layout drawings and technical specification. The work includes collection of FIM from department stores, taking other physical measurements, checking interference, preparation of site drawings, fabrication, handling, transportation, pickling and passivation of pipe assemblies including support and clamping, cutting, bending, LPT of joints of SS 304L pipe line, spacers and supports as per as-built drawings, hydro/pneumatic testing, return of balance of FIM/scrap and cleaning of scrap during fabrication at work site. Stainless Steel Pipes 8 NB to 100 NB Schedule 40/20 SS 304L Pipes (Seamless Welded Pipes as per ASTM-312), and Pipe Fittings like Valves, Flanges, Elbows, Tees, Nozzles etc. Pipe sizes less than 25NB shall be considered as one inch in measurement.

Taking delivery from store, transport, handling, fabrication and erection of all stainless-steel pipe supports from user material. This includes fixing the supports to staging members and cell walls by welding to existing EP or by anchor fasteners. However, anchor fasteners shall be supplied by the contractor.

Radiographic examination of pipe joints in the active or In-active of plant area having radiation exposure rates between 05 to 10 mR/Hr.
