Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, at IMMT dump yard. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in foundation and plinth in: :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including,spiking at the top & sides, priming coat with approved steel primer: Fixed over compound wall by cutting brick masonory of size 150X150X300 mm & placing cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3( 1 cement: 1.5 sand : 3 coarse aggregate of nominal size 20 mm inside the hole after placing the grill with all complete as per direction of EIC ( Quantity of cement concrete will be paid separately)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work .

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources

Buy back of the bricks of the bricks available at the site after dismantling of old brick masonry.
