Item No.1:- Cleaning cutting thorny shrubs bushes, grass as directed with 15m lead and lift up to 1.5m.

Item No.2:- Cutting down tress including cutting trunk and branches and stacking the material as directed with 15 meter lead and lift upto 1.5 meter etc. complete including uproofing and refilling the pit with material as directed(excluding extra material required for refilling) a) Girth between 30cm to 60cm

Item No.3 :-Excavation in all kinds of Soils & Soft murum including boulders up to 0.6 m diameter (0.113cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment as directed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc., complete with lead up to 15 m and 6m lift.

Item No.4 :-Excavation in Hard murum, exceeding 1.5m in with including disposing the excavated mterial as directed with all leads and lift etc complete

Item No. 5:- Excavation in Soft Rock, exceeding 1.5m in with including disposing the excavated mterial as directed with all leads and lift etc complete

Item No. 7 :- Providing and constructing dry rubble pithching 30cm thick with large size of rubble of approved quality including hard packing filling etc complete i) From Avillable Material

ITEM NO. 8 :- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for PCC with or without surface reinforcement/RCC concreting requiring heavy or special type of shuttering for works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway downstream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments etc. with Concrete Mixer with shuttering and scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing with an initial lead of 1 km and all lifts etc. complete as directed.

ITEM NO. 9 :-Providing and fixing steel bar reinforcement including binding ,hooking ,fixing in possition as per etc .complete.

ITEM NO. 10 :-Dismentling Dry Rubble stone pitching, disposal of surplus / unutilizable material available from excavation including stacking all materials with 15 m lead & all lifts etc.completed as directed.

Item No 11:- Manufactring and erection of embedment frame of 0.9x0.9m sliding type standared gate at minor irrigation porject

Item No 12:- Manufactring and erection of Gate Leaf of 0.9x0.9m sliding type standared gate at minor irrigation porject

Item 13:- Manufactring and erection of screw stem hoist of 5 mt capacity of 0.9x0.9 m sliding type standared gate (10m water head ) at minor irrigation porject

Item No 14:-Fabracation and fitting of grating structure for 0.9x0.9m sliding type head regulator at minor irrigation porject

Item No 16:- -Fabracation and fitting of 8 m long ladder inside the well for 0.9x0.9m sliding type standared gate at minor irrigation porject

Item No 17:- -Fabracation and fitting of Emergancy Gate Block out also giving vertical support to embedment frame and E.G. Block out for 0.9x0.9 m sliding type standered gate at minor irrigaiton porject

Item No 18:- Transportation charges for erection of 0.9x0.9m sliding type standared gate at minor irrigation porject

Item No. 19 :- Providing and fixing canal information board of 1.2 x 0.75 m prepared on 16 gauge M.S. sheet with angle iron frame of size 35 X 35 X 3 mm with cross bracing of size 25 X 25 X 3 mm including painting with one coat of zinc chromate storing primer and two coats each of green/white back ground and back side grey store enamelled bonded with red retro reflective sheet Engineering grade, border / letters / numeral / arrows coated with non pealable crystal clear protective transparent coat retaining 100% reflection including two angle iron post of size 50X50X5 mm of 3.65 m long inflated at bottom drilled on top and painted in white and black bonds of 30 cm with four numbers high strength of G.I. bolts and nuts of size 10 mm dia. and 20 mm long sheet and angle iron post in one piece without joints including all taxes, conveying, fixing in ground with cement concrete in M-15 block of size 60 X 60 X 75 cm as directed by engineer-in-charge.
