M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exc 0.36 Sqm as in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurrry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L vitrified ceramic tiles (Dark shade/double charged) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exc 0.42 Sqm as in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurrry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 450x300x6-7mm thick as on vertical surfaces (skirting/dados etc.), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness as in floors, aprons etc., laid in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite (of any type) tiles, machine cut in skirting/dado, laid over cement screed bed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63mm galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with 'L' or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts as in roof, wall etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63mm thick plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, fixed with 'L' or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets of any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 6mm thick plywood (05 Nos of ply) grade BWR type BB, fixed with screws/nails to timber frame work as in wall panelling and ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F suspended false ceiling system using 'E' grid suspended ceiling grid system, Grid size 600mm x 600mm with and including GI frame work of main runners 38mm x 24mm, cross Tee 28mm x 24mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm hot diped galvanized steel with zinc coating not less than 120gm/Sqm using 9mm thick high pressure stream cured fibre cement pre-primered textured variant E board classic, ISI Marked, IS-14862-2000, to be placed in grid of E grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 8mm dia GI bar hangers from existing purlins to roof with butterfly clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floors, finished even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in plinth protection, finished even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry (with grey cement and pigment) as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of floor, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size, conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with greay cement and pigment, laid over including 25mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated) with plain fair faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4, complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.0 Sqm (each leaf), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking off shutters from frame) not exc 1.50 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out holdfasts shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class soft wood, factory made, plain, framed, panelled shutter (two Nos panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically presssure treated, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class soft wood, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters, window, ventilator as specified in SSR Part-I (Specifications) (2009) and fitted to chowkats at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 30mm thick 2nd class soft wood, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters, window, ventilator as specified in SSR Part-I (Specifications) (2009) and fitted to chowkats at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 28mm thick factory made, solid PVC profiled panel door shutter with integral skin as frame and 3mm thick high pressure compact laminate on both side of approved colour as infill with 'C' type GI or 40x20x19mm of MS pipe as stiffner & fixing in frame at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forget into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work, conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement for style and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supply & fixing in the frame at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube in opening as per specification and drawings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
