DAY TO DAY PETTY REPAIR WORKS OF B/R NATURE AT AF STN MOHANBARI

Attending day to day complaints related to joinery work such as repairs to cupboard, kitchen shelves, pelmet box, easing of doors and windows, kitchen tighting of wire mess, easing of door tightining dooe /window easing of door shutter etc including taking down of existing material as ordered/required on all working day to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900am and report to complaint cell at every evening at 0500pm on daily basis after satisfactory complition, complete all as specified and directed. Material such as nails,screws, washers, putty/beading repair of glass with glass putty, nut & bolts upto third floor etc as per site requirement shall be included in the quoted rate. Note :- (i) The complaint against docket shall be taken from MES Complaint cell at every morning at 0900am by rep of contractor on daily basis. (ii) Every docket will submitted at complaint cell on daily basis of same day at 0500 pm or early morning on next day after satisfacotry complition. (iii) Necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractors. (iv) Rs. 100.00/complaint shall be recovered against non attending of every complaints. (v) Material will be measured and paid separatly under respective items.

S&F in repair galvanised steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm including necessary beadings, cleats and fillets including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality, in square or reqd shape n.exc 0.50 Sqm each pane including oil putty complete dismantling upto third floor or as per complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 3mm thick acrylic sheet ordinary quality, in square or reqd shape n.exc 0.50 Sqm each pane including including oil putty complete dismantling upto third floor or as per complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair figured glass pin headed type in square n.exc 0.50 Sqm, in square or reqd shape of 4mm thick each pane including oil putty upto third floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 150mm long alumnium anodised barrel tower bolt, of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 100 mm Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel and fixed complete all as specified nd as directed.

Supply only 150mm long alumnium handle, cast type anodised complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only steel plate rack of 600x 900 x 250 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only aluminium Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
