SCHEDULE "A" PART -VIII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Note:- This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col.' F ' signifies this fact only.

DEMOLITION OF WATCH TOWERS Demolition of all 14 defective watch towers including demolition of existing RCC footings, columns, beams,walls, brick masonry etc including necessary demolition of any by means of mechanical means/equipment and including removing all the debris obtained from the demolition of the existing structure out of the defence land of 62 SU (AF) Salua to a distance of 3Km and not exceeding 15Km. Note:- The rate quoted by the contractor shall be including of retrieved material that may be obtained from the demolition of the structures.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Material and labour for making connection with existing 80mm dia CI pipe line including necessary CI ‘T’ connection etc complete for connecting 25 mm dia GI pipe all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, laying and joining with suitable lugs,glands underground cable PVC insulated armoured and PVCsheated LT 1100 Volts grade with Aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 2 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing, installation, commission and testing of factory made (CPRI approved) LT feeder pillar box, outdoor type of size 0.90x1.20mx0.40m powder coated both side canopy on the top. Two side ventilation, front door hinged and locking arrangement with weather/vermin proof rubber beading made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for one 440 Volt AC including bus bar chamber and aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 Amps rating for phase and halt of size for neutral mounted on hygroscopic insulation and outgoing feeder rewired with suitable size of copper conductor cable including provision of lugs and cable gland for fixing /housing the following fittings/fixtures mounted on MS angle frame of size 40x40x5mm with fixing arrangement including suitable PCC foundation, earthwork etc complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the following. (a) 04 Nos Aluminium bus bar of rating 200 Amps mounted on cast resin insulator. (b) MCCB,TP,415 Volts 50 Hz rating 63 Amps 25 KA-01 No. (c) KIT KAT fuse 63 Amp, 415 Volts -06 Nos. NOTE:- Material shall be issued under Sch 'B' Free for laying

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized strip 25x4 earthing lead upto 7.5m from testing point fixed my means of galvanized iron or steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, GI earth wire protected by 40mm bore medium grade galvanized iron pipe and other end connected to earthing test point including funnel with watering pipe of 20mm bore light grade galvanized iron, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (Compacted thickness) all around earth electrode with concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, cast iron frame, 50mm thick pre-cast RCC M-20 Nominal mix cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar 10cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia round bar, including necessary excavation, earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50m and necessary testing complete all as shown in Electrical plate No.4 of SSR Part-I

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply and fixing of Point wiring with 1.5Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FR grade single core, multi stranded copper cable of 11000 volts grade drawn into and including 20mm dia PVC concealed conduit medium grade with all fittings for concealed wiring with all accessories & junction box including cutting /making of necessary chase in wall/ceiling etc and making good disturbed surface completely matching with existing surface and provision of 1.5Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed solid copper cable for continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly including MS sunk type termination board covered with PVC laminated sheet cover, 3mm thick all as specified and directed for one light or fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of fluorescent tube light fittings 01x36 watts including copper wound ballast, starter complete with 1.5 Sqmm twin core flexible copper wire connected to ceiling rose including fluorescent tube light complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.8.15 here-in-before but 01x20 watts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed fire retardant multistranded copper cable 4.0 Sqmm size and one single core PVC insulated and unsheathed solid copper cable 2.5 sqmm size for continuous earth wire drawn through concealed medium grade PVC conduit including only fixing of conduit and connection complete with bus bar MCB etc with suitable size copper/brass lugs or connector all as specified and directed. Note :- PVC Conduit will be measured and paid separately. Note :- (i) Conduit will be measured and paid under separate items. (ii) Two run of 4.0 Sqmm single core cable and one run of 2.5 Sqmm unsheathed solid copper cable measured as one run.

Supply and fix electronic fan regulator 4 step 240 V, complete all as specified all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix bulk head fitting with lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class ‘B’ bricks for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and jointing PVC insulated PVC sheathed armoured 1100 Volts grade LT heavy duty underground cable with aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.8.21 here-in-before but of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and as directed.
