complete regular maintenance work of MPS gaughat sewage Sumpwell including complete dismantling of installed 120 HP/150HP/215HP -5 Nos set of sewage submersible motor pump set, cable etc. and taling out of motor pump set from sumpwell carefully by crain and manually without stoping the other running motor pump set and cleaning and removing garbage, cloths ect. from impellor, water collecting chamber delivery line valve, non return valve ect. and re tight of fastener, check nut, cable joints ect. and other work as per directed by engineer in charge. complete work done in running condition of pump house.
providing and fixing of 300 mm dia 8 mm thick and 80 mm widths collar type heavy duty rubber gasket fitting for pump locking thiya and delivery pipe line flange for water proofing delivery line and base block as per size and shape.
complete repair of pedestal and removing of damaged broken stainless steel Nut bolt by welding at site.
providing and fixing of new stainless steel nut bolts of size 25 mm * 100 mm (as per size and sample.)
complete re installation of above non clog sewage submersible motor pump set with cable etc. on motor pump set base blocks inside the sump well carefully by crain and manually without stoping the other running motor pump set and complete trail and testing on full load and no load at site.
