Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads upto 8000m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 (With carted Earth upto 5.00 km)

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embakment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401. (Coarse graded material)

Emulsion Treated Aggregates- (Wet Mix Macadam +1% OPC+3.5 % Emulsion (SS2)) Providing laying spreading to graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing of water at OMCin mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying with 1% OPC and 3.5 % emulsion in uniform single layer on subbase / subgrade and compacting with road roller to achive desired density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granuler surfaces treated primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. MORTH (For BC)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification clause no 509 complete in all respects.

Construction of Cement kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machin, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. RCC Grade M20

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT steel reinforcement complete in sub-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification

Brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:4 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications

Pointing with Cement Mortar 1:3 on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications.
