Authenticated document for OEM/OEM Authorized partner support for the UPS and Peripherals are required.

All calls are to be closed within one working day; otherwise deduction from bills will be made on pro-rata basis.

Original spares are to be used for all items. Detection of spurious/inferior quality spares after replacement will result in cancellation of the work-order and no payment will be made on such work.

Compensations for any damage to the government property, inflicted directly or indirectly, as a result of any act by the agency during maintenance, will be realized as per decision of Engineer-in –Charge.

Cleaning and upkeep of each UPS along with Battery health etc. are to be done at monthly interval and signed by the user

A Maintenance Register is to be maintained by the agency as per direction of the E-I-C, which is to be signed by the concerned Junior Engineer at regular interval.

Photo copy of the said maintenance register should be submitted along with the bills for processing of bills claimed by the agency.
