Supply of Digital Load Cells (Mettler Toledo make) for Silo

Supply of Screw Pump - WMAA 602 of Roto Pumps Ltd make with No Flow switch for transfer of Emulsion Matrix from Silo to Pump Trucks and 7.5 HP TEFC, IP 55 motor with suitable gear box, coupling base plate, Motor Starter & Cable (Approx 65 M each)

Supply of Control Panel along with Safety Device Units (High Pressure, Low Pressure switches, High Temperature Cut-off switch & pressure gauge, Rupture disc) for Emulsion Transfer Pump (new & for shifting and installation of existing old Silo)

Supply of 2 inch ID flexible hose of Gates make or equivalent with both ends fitted with quick coupler of BJ make

Preparation, Approval of necessary drawings / layout plans & liaison for obtaining statutory permissions, through “A” or “B” class Electrical competency holder as applicable, from concerned authorities (applicable statutory fees shall be payable by IOCL) and Installation & Commissioning of items mentioned at Sl. No. 1.109 & 1.110 of Part-A with necessary support base and structures etc.

Preparation, Approval of necessary drawings / layout plans & liaison for obtaining statutory permissions, through “A” or “B” class Electrical competency holder as applicable, from concerned authorities (applicable statutory fees shall be payable by IOCL) and Installation & Commissioning of items mentioned at Sl. No. 1.111 to 1.118 of Part-A along with laying of cables by making suitable trenches with necessary glands and lugs and end connections to the starter/equipments and making of Earth Pits complete in all respects like earthing plate, GI pipe, GI Strip, charcoal & Salt etc including Earth Pit resistance testing & certification and laying & connections of earth flat/GI wire and lightning protection and fixing of lighting poles and connections testing etc.
