Repair Work of Damaged RCC Ceiling of Residential Qtr C 12, M.L.S.U, Udaipur

Dismantling old plaster or skirting racking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl.disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr.lead.

Repair to stone masonry in cement sand mortar 1:6 with old and new stone.

Half brick masonry in Superstructure , above plinth level upto floor V level using bricks of designation 75 Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finished 25 mm thick.

Finishing with neat cement (punning).

P/L damp proof course with cement concrete grade M-150 (1:2:4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of waterproof compound incl. Two coats of hot blown bitumen (2Kg/Sqm.) complete as per specification with glass strip 3mm thick at a distance of 1m interval 75mm thick.

Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete New Plastered Surface (three or more coats)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or ore coats on new work including preparation of base with primer, putty, lippy complete in all respect.

Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengtheing with cement mortar 1 : 3 in following steps i) Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. ii) Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. iii) Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured's specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. iv)Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. v) Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. vi) Cure the plastered surface for 15 days

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whenever required 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting ( height upto 10 m)fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.
