Repair to 150 KVA Manual voltage stabilizer installed at Tube well ThatherPaloura. The job includes dismantling of LT incoming cables to the stabilizer and dismantling of all electrical connections with LT panel Job includes loading of voltage stabilizer on load carrier with the help of crane and shifting to workshop, then dismantling of voltage stabilizer. Extracting out of damaged coils (both primary and secondary) of the stabilizer and replacement of same as per sample by using requisite tools and tackles. P/F of new rotatory switches 02 no’s in place of damaged one. P/F of new aluminum bus bars in place of old burnt one. The job further includes topping of T-oil upto the level of oil gauge of the stabilizer approx. 120 lts. Providing and fitting of 1 no voltmeter and 1 no ampere meter with CT coil as per sample. Removing the old damaged change over switch and providing and fitting of new change over switch. Reassembling of the voltage stabilizer and shifting of same to worksite and testing it on full load . Complete job includes cost of material and skilled /unskilled labour charges etc.
