Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (80mm) (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (Including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Filling Pot Holes and Patch repair with Bituminous Concrete, 40 mm - (Removal of failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base excavation as per clause 503, backfilling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, as per all clause 3004.2 (including carriage upto initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials upto 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant.) Cement Concrete pavement A. Construction of unreinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared subbase with 43 grade cement @400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mixed design, transported to the site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and logitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, silent primer, sealant joint, debonding strips, dowel bar, tie rods, admixturd as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoRT&H specifications
