ROOF TREATMENT OF COMMUNICATION COMPLEX SIGNAL CENTRE AT J AND B SUB AREA SIG COY DANAPUR CANTT

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding/kerbs/sunken slab etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick plaster on roof surfaces/concrete surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on non approachable / non accessible roof surface horizontal and vertical surfaces in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed :- (i)Taking down APP roofing sheet/Terrazo/Tiles of any description incl mud/cement plaster etc and cleaning the top surface, washing down etc. Prepared to receive water proofing treatment , incl filing of cracks, groves etc in neat cement slurry complete all as spd. (ii) Properly cleaning and drying concrete surfaces. (iii) Applying a coat of oxidized bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / sqm. (iv) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85 / 25 grade @ 1.2 Kg / sqm. (v) Laying /unrolled over the bitumen coated surfaces polymeric water proofing membrane, weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturer instruction. (vi) Applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 gm / Sqm over and including a coat of hot air blown grade bitumen of grade 85 / 25 @ 1.2 Kg / sqm duly sanded over polymeric membrane complete.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 250 and n exc 500 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500 litres, in white colour tripple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ball valves 20mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 20mm-210gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, 20 mm bore, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store of 20 mm dia.

Supply & laying of CPVC pipes 25 mm Outer dia, SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting on wall/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) CPVC fittings with brass threading will be measured and paid separately under respective items (ii) Cost of normal SDR CPVC fittings Like Bend, Tee, Elbow, UNIon etc shall be inclusive under the quoted rate of pipe.
