Dismantling wall panelling and ceiling boards (fibre pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board/slabs/blankets any thickness including grid work/aluminium frame work, cover fillets complete all as specified.

M&L for providing PVC WALL PANELLING of 5 mm thick consisting of panel of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50 mm width strips of 5 mm thick prelaminated PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be density of 600 kg/cum manufactured by ISO-9001-2015 certified company. The strips should have in their centre a groove of 6mm widht and 1 mm depth for sinking the head screws used to fix the strip to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10 inch between two PVC strips.The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65 mm long MS screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners the distance between two screws shall not be more than 200 mm . A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall optionally a strips of 5 mm thick PVC sheets of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined using solvent cement .

M & L for Gl frame work for false ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre incl Hangers 6 mm dia G.I. M & L for 6 mm thick Fibre Cement Designer Ceiling Tile, (High Pressure steam cured), pre-painted , self -embossed , reinforced Everest designer cement boards (Ivory Colour) of Oceanic/Lake & Hill/Electra/Cascade texture , conforming to IS 14862: 2000 Category 3 Type B, having Density 1200kg/cum, minimum module of Rapture greater than 10 Mpa and Compressive strenght 38.23 Mpa.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles, interlocking paver block laid bedded and pointed in any mortor of any description or thickness in floor complete all as specifed

M & L for black Granite 25 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like including cement mortar (1:4) screed bed including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debris and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/shade) of 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 300X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/ skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Cracks should be filled with crack seal of premium quality, dents and holes should be filled with putty or a mix of white cement and fine sand in the ratio 1:3 and applying two coats of with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm and incl 1 coat thick wall putty (Asian paint or Equivalent) as per manufactor's instructions complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description as in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (above or below ground floors) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a floor/true surface.

M&L for 25mm PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (Using 12:5mm stone agg) as in base floor with water proofing compound of Asian Paint, Pidilite, Dr Fixit or equivalent, complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for waterproffing treatment to sunken portion of WC, bathroom etc by applying :- (a) All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and pvc pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout - SmartCare GP Grout or approved equivalent having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pipe and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (b) Applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, SmartCare Ultra Block 2K or approved equivalent. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 60:40 (Powder : Liquid) parts by weight without any water addition in the mixing, etc. complete as per manufacturers specifications. (c) Loosely lay 150 GSM Geotextile (non-woven polyester) with a min of 100mm wide overlap. (d) Laying slope making and protection to the waterproofing treatment with 30 mm avg. thick M20 grade screed for floors. Providing and applying 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 for wall plastering admixed with PC based integral waterproofing compound SmartCare Vitalia, etc. complete, as per manufacturer's specifications (concrete charges Extra). Note : Testing for waterproof/ leakproof shall be carried out including 10 years guatantee with security deposit thereof.

Disconnecting & taking down existing water tank of capacity exc 250 litres and not exc. 500 litres and removing from site complte and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted with and including 20 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in position all as per SSR Part I complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting & taking down existing water tank of capacity exc 500 litres and not exc. 1000 litres and removing from site complte and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted with and including 20 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in position all as per SSR Part I complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting & taking down existing water tank of capacity exc 1000 litres and not exc. 2000 litres and removing from site complte and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 2000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted with and including 40 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in position all as per SSR Part I complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair PVC water tank covers premium quality fitted to tank. Make : Syntex or equivalent water tanks of Cap 500 ltrs to 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed.
