M& L for RCC Septic tank Capacity upto 50 Users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:48 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls, Base Slab, Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc. complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter complete all spd and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for Soakage wells 1.20 dia x 3.0 Mtr effective depth, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:36, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete

Material and labour for sub-main wiring with 2 runs of 6 sq.mm single core FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded copper conductor cable, drawn through and including rigid PVC non- metallic conduit (medium duty) of suitable size, fixed on surface of wall/floors/ceiling or concealed in wall including 01 run of 6 sq.mm continuous earth wire FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable with copper stranded conductor and connecting to common earth and earth dolly including connecting to main board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: 2 runs of cable, 1 run of earth continuity conductor and 1 run of conduit including its fittings and accessories will be measured and paid for as one unit viz one 'RM').

All as per item No 15 above but with 2.5 Sqmm cable all as specified and as directed.

S&F Beamer Non-integral IP65 Flood Light fitting with LED flood light 200 watt with high luminous efficacy protected to IP 65 with front toughened glass complete. (Make Crompton cat No LFLN-200-CDL/60)

M&L for sub class B bricks laid over cable protection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Roto moulded water storage tank on floor / wall and of capacity 5000 liters including necessary fittings and arrangement for one incoming and three delivery lines complete.

Supply and fixing of Royal half HP CRI water booster pump with automatic pressure switch including necessary arrangment for fixing and installation complete with foundation.

Supply and fixing LED bulb of 09 Watt of approved make complete.
