Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

M&L for Rolled mild steel in Roof trusses Fe 410W (Gde-E-250) Quality A heavy bracket framing (Beam, Tee, Angle, Channels, I sec for rail and Flat section as various members of Hangar doors and accessories all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI-based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having a tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fix with self-tapping screws with necessary washers/ welding all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The profile, colour including crimping of the sheet to match with the existing roof pitch and profile all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Transparent Polycarbonate profiled sheet of thickness 2mm fixing in roof / wall cladding with necessary frame support and screws, bolts etc at a height of more than 6m and above .Note:-Rates includes tools and plants for fixing and removal/dismantling of existing sheets complete and all as specified and directed . S&F in repairs Acrylic sheet 03 mm thick with all in fixing arrangements (Screwing/bolting etc..) as in Hangers glass/ cladding etc complete all as directed

M&L for demolition and removing existing roof treatment incl PCC Padding concrete, tiles etc without damaging the roof surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in PCC padding concrete, roof kerb, coving, benching, mud stops etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound, finished the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 kg /Sqm reinforced with non Woven polyester matt weighing no less than 160gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 150degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/5 cm and 350 N/5 cm in longitudinal and transverse direction respectively of the reinforcement, tearing strength of 180N by torch on application with minimum 10 cm side over lap and 15cm end over lap, complete all as specified.

M&L for laying cement concrete tiles, 25cmx25cmx20mm thick or 30cmx30cmx20mm thick, machine pressed; with mixture of white and grey cement and pigments (any colour and pattern) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished over 20 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately. (Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for applying a coat of solar reflective Bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 kg/Sqm over the APP water proofing membrane complete all as directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete Type B0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm size graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Dismantling expanded metal not exc. 4kg/sqm ,for Bird proofing etc any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing expanded metal for bird proofing not exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or fixing with galvanized steel staples complete to steel members all as specified and as directed

S&F Bird proofing mesh made of Anti bird net UV black in colour, made of material Polyolefin all weather proof co-polymer of machine knotting using CNC machines with DSLS technology for anti slip knotting, heat setting should be steam set for greater dimensional stability and knot firmness, and diameter of the twine is 1mm and the size of mesh 25x25mm (+-2mm) of square mesh and should achieve twine breaking stench of 16kgf min, MBS (Mesh breaking strength) 12 Kgf and KBS (Knot breaking strength) 22 Kgf min fixed complete all as per manufacturers instructions including taking down existing mesh of any description complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in repairs Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.40mm dia, size of mesh 25mm , as in bird proofing in hangars and the like fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples or with suitable GI binding materials complete all as directed.

M&L for applying metal putty on the holes on the top of hangers sheet for arresting leakage all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning and repairing of Bottom Rails of Hanger doors by removing all deposited particles in the rails including Greasing and oiling all as specified and directed. The rates quoted included the cement work and welding work where ever required as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Easing of Hangar doors exc 15.00 Sqm each by Cleaning and greasing/oiling of bottom rollers/top rollers / bearing of hangar doors including cleaning of guide rails etc, complete for smooth functioning of doors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs ball bearing of any description for hanger doors all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 on brick, concrete surfaces & roof surfaces, and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed and specified.

S&F in repairs of Air roof turbo ventilators of dia 605mm made of Aluminium doom thickness 1mm (Stainless steel) with outer dia 608 mm Doom dia 380 mm ,Rotor dia 655 mm (SS), Throat dia 610mm, height 230 mm ,Weight 4kg , fixing bracing in MS and with metal base plate (Aluminium) including water proofing sealant for filling gaps including dismantling of old ventilator in any description .

M&L for cleaning the surface of CGI /PPGL and Galvalume sheets in joints meeting the two sheets or overlapping from the existing steel sheets free from dust particles and laying/sticking 1.50mm thick APP membrane over a coat of (Shalibond APP) cold applied bituminous adhesive as in repairs to leakage /seepage & water proofing complete all as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old Ceiling boards (Fibre, pulp and insulation,etc) or insulation boards /slabs blankets, including cover fillets and frame work.

S&F Armstrong Board 12mm thick as in ceiling, laid as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed..

S&F GI Snap grid false ceiling system with roll-formed made out of hot-dip galvanised iron steel grid comprising of 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated, white, main runner made from 0.33mm thick galvanised steel sheet and size 24 x 32mm and spaced at 1200mm center to center fixed to structural soffits by approved hangers of GI wire 4mm dia 1200mm center to centre using approved rawl plug, fasteners and screws. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall, flush fixing of 120mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to center, size 600x 600mm modules, cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently on 600 x 600 mm module to be formed by fixing 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick GS sheet of size 19 x 19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed

Taking down soil waste/vent/ rainwater pipes (any size or length) pattern), including all fittings,

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 250 and n exc 500 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as directed.

Note:- a ) Work to be carried out in OTM accn (high rise bldgs.) such as hangers, towers, RCC overhead reservoirs etc at heights up to 20mts. b) Contractor has to follow all safety norms issued by GOI for working labourers and also arrange all necessary scaffoldings, cranes / hoopers, suspended movable platforms, and rope ladders as the case may be and the rate shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. c) Any damage to the existing bird proofing nets, wire mesh and ceiling inside the hangar and any other buildings during the execution of work shall be repaired by the contractor as directed by Engr in charge. No extra claim on this account will be entertained by the department.
