Removal of L.T Breakers, External Cleaning, cleaning of grease, oil already applied, tightness checking of all bolts and nuts applying grease, lubricating oil and petroleum jelly wherever necessary checking of closings tripping mechanism and putting back into original position.

Removal of Modules, External Cleaning and tightness checking of terminals, replacement of worn out parts, applying petroleum jelly to finger contacts, applying grease to the Modules, put back into original position and measuring IR value. a) Type F modules

Removal of the Hylam partition sheet available in front of the vertical bus of the panel both front and rear side and refixing after cleaning in all modules.

Cleaning of power transformer, opening of LT&HT Terminal Bushing cover, tightness checking of all Bushings, cleaning, closing of LT&HT Terminal Bushing cover, top up transformer oil Level if necessary and measuring of IR Value before and after cleaning.

Consumable (Khada cloth)

Complete overhauling of ESP-IV LT BUS DUCT. Cleaning the main (Horizontal) bus bars the vertical bus bars and its support insulators and checking the tightness of Busbar joints, cleaning the entire area and checking the tightness of outgoing cable .

Charges for complete overhauling of motor including dismantling, cleaning of the stator coil, checking the tightness of the stator wedges and applying one coat of insulating varnish, replacement of both DE and NDE bearings and assembling. (Bearing will be supplied by TANGEDCO) Motor capacity up to 0.60 KW including Cost of Consumables and sundries.

Cleaning of Emitting & Collecting Electrode rapping motors at ESP roof top during overhauling

Charges for cleaning of support insulators & its chambers of H.V.R. Transformer at ESP Roof top including cost of consumables.

Charges for cleaning of shaft insulators at ESP Roof top including cost of consumables.

Charges for cleaning of negative terminal bushing insulators of HVR Transformer in ESP including cost of consumables.

Labour charges for red oxide painting in internal and external surface of the covers of support and shaft insulators of ESP- IV inclusive of paint, consumables etc…

Loading of oil filtering machine into vehicle and bring it to “O” m of ESP and lifting the machine to the top floor of ESP for oil filtering works and set right the machines without shake and return back to the machine to original place after completion of oil filtering works.

Connecting the inlet and outlet hoses to oil filtering machine and extending power supply to the oil filtering machine, filtering the oil fill the breakdown values of the oil improved to the required level. Replacing the valve and gasket if necessary , all ending leakages of oil tightening of bolts and nuts checking the earth connection attending of all rectification works if any related to rectifier transformer, transporting of oil and other materials from store to work spot and re transport to devolution of dirty oil and waste materials to store (ESP transformer).

Removal of emitting rapper drive gear box mechanism. Disconnection from the emitting rapping shaft.Removing of damaged shaft insulator by gas cutting the shaft insulator top metal cub. Replacing the spare shaft insulator. Connecting with the emitting rapping shaft. Reconection of gear box mechanism (Replacement of damaged shaft Insulator)

Removing the Top cover of support insulator, removing the terminal cover and disconnecting the wire in heater terminals, checking the healthiness of heater by measuring IR value and resistance value of heater, and identify the defective Support insulator heaters provided in ESP (Replacement of shaft insulator heater).

24 Nos High voltage Rectifier Transformer in ESP-IV. Charges for painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint including the charges for scrapping, cleaning and cost of consumables.
