Removing of old unserviceable 3 way locking device complete of Almirah Large steel and S&F new 3 way locking device made to shape as required complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of existing old locks of Almirah Large steel and S&F new locks of 5 lever with duplicate keys and fixing in proper functional position as original shape complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge (Make : RAINA / REENA / BAJRANG)

Removing of existing old unserviceable handles including necessary nut, bolts, washer etc of Almirah large steel and S&F new chromium plated handles including necessary nut, bolts, washer etc. complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing shelves and refixing in position including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, clips etc for Almirah large steel complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of old unserviceable legs of Almirah large steel and S&F new legs made out of 1mm thick MS sheet made to shape and providing two coat of olive green or silver grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removing of existing old unserviceable shelves of Almirah large steel and S&F new shelves made of 1mm thick MS Sheet made to shape by using suitable nuts & bolts and fixing clips and providing two coat of olive green or silver grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Repair to Almirah small steel. FD-243 / FD-1032

Removing of old broken/ unserviceable conduit pipe and S&F new conduit pipe of size 20mm dia and 1.6 mm thickness with appropriate bracket of steel made to shape complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of old deshaped/broken Steel shelf and S&F new MS Steel shelf of 1 mm thick MS Sheet and fixing it in proper functional position as original shape by using suitable rivets and fixing cleats by providing two coats of olive green paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of old broken/ unserviceable existing hasp & staples, handle of Locker steel and S&F new Hasp & Staples of size 75x30x2mm, handle mild steel chromium plated made to shape complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of old unserviceable legs of Locker steel and S&F new legs made out of 1mm thick MS sheet made to shape and providing two coat of olive green paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to Table steel 900mm x 600mm x 760mm with drawer. FD-1008

Taking down old U/S top of table steel 900 X 600 X 760 mm with drawer and S&F new top of table steel 900 x 600 x 760 mm made of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade ISI marked with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all-round of the top complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old U/S drawer and S&F new drawer made of 1mm thick MS Sheet complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing existing unserviceable parts of table 900 x 600 x 760mm Steel with drawer and S&F new parts made of square pipe of 25mm x 25mm and 1.6 mm thickness by running welding complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of rubber shoe of superior quality with suitable size for table 900 x 600 x 760mm Steel with drawer complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of U/S top and S&F new top 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade ISI Marked teak finish on one side and other side white with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all-round the table steel 900x900x760mm complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Novapan / Bhutan Board / Kitply / Mysore chip board

Removing existing unserviceable parts of table 900 x 900x760mm Steel and S&F new parts made of square pipe of 25mm x 25mm and 1.6 mm thickness by running welding complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of rubber shoe of superior quality with suitable size for table 900 x 600 x 760mm Steel complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Conversion of GI Charpoy Nylon Newar into Charpoy GI pipe plywood top. FD-220

Removing of unserviceable nylon newar and supply and fixing 12mm thick ply wood commercial BWR plywood ISI marked and fixing same with two nos of flat iron strip of size 900x32x5mm, bolts nuts and washers bolts of size 5x65mm 12 nos round head bolts after dirlling the three holes of each long rail and drilling two hole on each short rail and two hole in flat iron complete including tightening of loose frame/fixing of loose charpoy GI pipe component to make the frame fit for fixing complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of unserviceable elbow of charpoy GI pipe and S&F of three way GI elbow 32mm bore medium grade ISI marked complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of unserviceable check nut of GI Charpoy and S&F new check nut 32mm bore 10mm thick suitable for charpoy GI pipe 32mm borecomplete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing the threadless/broken long rails from chairpoy GI pipe 32mm and S&F new long rail of 32mm bore GI pipe medium grade 1.88 mm long threaded at both ends and fixed to existing three way elbow 32mm dia complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing old broken long rail from chairpoy GI 32 mm dia and providing in position 1 nos short rails made out of broken long rail obtained from taking down above item No 6.04 including threading on both ends complete fixing all as specified and shown on drg (Note : U/S check nuts to be replaced in above item and measured and paid as supply only under relevant items.

Taking out existing old broken legs from chairpoy GI 32mm dia and providing 01 No new legs in position made out of old broken short rail obtained from taking down above item No 6.05 and S & F 3mm thick and 40 mm dia MS plate welded at bottom of leg and two Nos MS clamp made out of 25x3mm size FI welded legs including threading on top and painting of clamp with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of oxide primer and complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing old broken legs from chairpoy GI 32mm dia and S&F new legs made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade including 3mm thickx40mm ms plate welded and bottom of legs and 02 Nos ms clamp made out of 25x3mm size Fi welded legs and threading on top end and painting of clamp with two coat of SE paint over a coat of oxide primer and complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge

Opening of joints of GI Chairpoy of 32 mm pipe where repaired and reassembleing incl provision at bottom of legs shall be plugged with 3mm thick mild steel sheet welded to bottom of legs and hard wood plugs shall not be provided.

Repair to Table Office Officers Steel. FD-1003/84(M)

Taking out U/S Top from Table office offrs steel and S&F new top of size 1800x1200mm 18/19 mm pre-laminated partical board exterior grade Make-Novapan/kitlam/Archid ISI marked with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all-round of the top as specified and shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Taking out unserviceable locks and S&F new brass lock afterr repairing of drawer and cupboard of Table Office Officers Steel size and shape as per approved quality as shown on Drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge

TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL :- (a) Taking out U/S Top from Table office clerk steel and S&F new top of size 1200x900mm 18/19 mm pre-laminated partical board exterior grade Make- Novapan/kitlam/Archid ISI marked with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all-round of the top as specified and shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b)Taking out unserviceable locks and S&F new brass locks after repairing of drawer and cupboard of table office clerk steel size and shape as per Drg as directed by Engr-in Charge..

(c) Taking out old U/S drawer and S&F new drawer made of 1mm thick MS Sheet as specified and shown on Drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for scrubbing and derusting, denting of de-shaped portion and applying one coat of primer and over it two coat of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) incl preparation of surface all as directed by EIC for the following :-

Table dinning ORs Aluminum Top : FD 165 (M):- Top shall be 18 mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated board one side laminated in light wallnet shade or as pproved by GE, duly covered with 4 mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive (Fevicol SH) Make of MDF board Century/Archid/green/Actiontesa.

Spray Painting All Steel Surfase with existing shade and coolar or Aprived by GE after aplication of send paper and grinder to make the surface smooth and even and aplication of Red Oxide Primer.

REPAIR TO CHAIR TUBULAR STEEL WIITH / WITH OUT ARMS. FD-75(M)

(a) Removing unserviceable seats from steel chair with & w/o Arms and S&F 32mm thick Ist class HW seasoned sheesham wood seat as per existing size and shape fixed with suitable bolts, nuts and washer including polishing and recanning with polythene white cane half round as per IS-5378 -1968 1.2 to 2mm wide and .3mm thick for seats and 3 to 3.2mm wide & 0..4mm thick border including supply of cane complete all as directed by EIC.

(b) All as per serial item no. 3.43 but steel chair back

(c) Taking out US arms rest from steel chair with arms and supply and fixing chair arms rest with suitable bolts, nuts and washer

(d) S&F in repair hard rubber shoe black 20mm dia suitable for bottom of steel chair

(e) S&F in repair hard rubber cap black suitable for 20mm dia at top of steel chair complete.

REPAIR TO CHAIR WRITING FD-20/250/280 ;- Opening of joints of damaged/broken member of chair writing/ CBA where required for replacement including removing of cane, if necessary polishing new parts with French polish including cleaning and preparation of the surface to match with existing surface etc. all as directed by Engr-in-charge

(a) S&F front leg (left or right ) made out with Ist class HW seasoned teak wood of size and shape as per existing chair or as per Drg all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Ditto- all as per item No 3.49 above but rear leg (left or right) all as directed by EIC.

(c) Ditto- all as per item No 3.49 above but of rear/side members of seat bottom

(d) Ditto- all as per item No. 3.49 above but back Stiffener

(e) Ditto-- all as per item No. 3.49 above but bottom stiffener

(f) S&F front Arms rest made out with Ist class HW seasoned teak wood of size and shape as per existing chair or as per Drg all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(g) Description all as per item 3.49 here in before but replacement of shoes with new PVC shoe of superior quality with steel plated screws of suitable size complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(h) Re canning of chair writing

REPAIR TO CHAIR DINNING FD-228/279 ;- Opening of joints of damaged/broken member of chair DINNING/ CBA where required for replacement including removing of cane, if necessary polishing new parts with French polish including cleaning and preparation of the surface to match with existing surface etc. all as directed by Engr-in-charge

(a) S&F front leg (left or right ) made out with Ist class HW seasoned seesham wood of size and shape as per existing chair or as per Drg all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Ditto- all as per item No. 3.58 above but rear leg (left or right)

(c ) -Ditto- all per item No. 3.58 but S&F of Front/Rear/Side rail of Chair Dinning all as directed by EIC.

(d ) -Ditto- as per item no.3.58 above but back members of Chair Dinning

(e) Description all as per item 3.58 here in before but replacement of rubber shoes with new PVC shoe of superior quality with steel plated screws of suitable size complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Re-canning of chair dining.

REPAIR TO CHAIR EASY FD-17/201/229 ;- Opening of joints of damaged/broken member of chair EASY/ CBA where required for replacement including removing of cane, if necessary polishing new parts with French polish including cleaning and preparation of the surface to match with existing surface etc. all as directed by Engr-in-charge

(b) S&F front leg (left or right ) made out with Ist class HW seasoned teak wood of size and shape as per existing Drg all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO TEAPOY WOODEN FD-232/278 (a) Removing unserviceable top of teapoys/Teapoy FD and S&F new tops of 19mm thick particle board BWR type Gde-I as per Drg Make-Archid/Novapan /Greenply /Kitply ISI Marked and polishing with French polish (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler etc.

(b) Removing unserviceable/broken stiffener/long rail /side rails of teapoys & S&F new stiffener/long rail /side rails made of Ist class HW seasoned teak wood all as per Drg or existing pattern polishing with french polish (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface etc.

(c) Removing unserviceable legs of teapoys & S&F new legs made of Ist class HW seasoned teak wood all as per Drg or existing pattern polishing with french polish (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface etc.

REPAIR TO PEG TABLE FD-227:- (a) Removing unserviceable top of Peg table and S&F new tops of 19mm thick particle board BWR type Gde-I as per Drg Make-Archid/NovapanGreenply/Kitply ISI Marked and polishing with French polish (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler etc.

(b) Removing unserviceable/broken legs of peg table and S&F new legs made of Ist class HW Seasoned teak wood all as per Drg or existing pattern and polishing with french polish (Two or more coats) over acoat of wood filler after preparation of surface etc.

(c) Taking out old unserviceable/broken long rail of frame any size and S&F new rail of Ist class HW (Teak wood ) planned & finishing smooth of existing shape and size complete all asspecified.

REPAIR TO TABLE DRESSING GENTS FD-230/379 ;- (a)Dismantling taking out carefully and replacement of old existing broken top of table dressing gents of any description in any position & replacement of the same with S&F new top of 01mm thick laminated sheet of approved shade over particle board 12mm thick and including 6mm thick teak wood beading all round made to shape fixed in position pasted with 01mm thick laminated sheet on top all as shown on drawing. Specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Description all as per item No. 3.77 here-in-before but replacement of side S&F new side of 12 mm thick particle board, one side teak veneered and other side commercial exterior grade BWP with and including 6mm thick teak wood beading all-round , made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drg, specified and diredted by the Engr-in-charge.

(c) Description all as per item No. 3.77 here-in-before but replacement of bottom with S&F new 12 mm thick ply, teak veneered on one side and commercial on other side grade with (BWR Resin) made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drg specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge complete material & labour.

(d) Description all as per item No. 3.77 here-in-before but replacement of mirror with S & F new mirror with teak wood frame 5.5mm thick mirror of Saint Gobain/Modiguard/Atul , complete all as shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE BED SIDE FD-276/328/285/210 :-(a) Taking down old U/S side of table bed side and S&F new sides of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade SI marked as per existing shape and size all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Description all as per item No. 3.81 here-in-above but shelf -ditto-.

( c) Description down old U/S back of table bed side and S&F new back of 6mm thick ply wood commercial BWR with required size of screw all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Description all as per item No. 3.81 here-in-above but side of Table Bed Side -ditto-.

REPAIR TO TABLE CENTRE WITH SUNMICA TOP FD-235/274/375 ;- (a) Taking down old U/S top of table centre with sunmica top and S&F new top of table centre with sunmica top made of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade ISI marked with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all-round of the top as specified and shown on Drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable long rail of Table Centre & S&F of long rail made as per existing size and shape or as per Drg Ist class HW seasoned (teak wood ) incl polishing two or more coats of over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface.

(c) Removing of old unserviceable side rail of Table Centre & S&F of new side rail made as per existing size and shape or as per Drg Ist class HW seasoned teak wood incl polishing two or more coats of over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface.

(d) Removing of old unserviceable leg of Table Centre & S&F of new leg made as per existing size and shape or as per Drg Ist class HW seasoned (teak wood ) incl polishing two or more coats of over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface.

BED PLY WOOD TOP FD-246/245:- (a) Removing of old unserviceable back rest of bed and S&F new back rest as per existing size and shape of Ist class HW seasoned teak wood incl polishing (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable foot rest of bed & S&F of foot rest made as per existing size and shape or as per Drg Ist class HW seasoned (teak wood ) incl polishing two or more coats of over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface.

(c) Removing of old ply top and S&F new ply top of 12mm thick commercial type ISI marked all as shown in Drg. Make- : Century/Kitply/Archid/National ISI Marked.

(d) Removal of old wooden stiffeners and S&F Ist class Hard wood stiffeners of size 50x60mm suitable for bed all as shown in Drg incl polishing two or more coats of wood filler after preparation of surface etc.

(e) Taking out old unsv long rail of bed plywood and providing of new long rail of Ist class HW (shesham) of existing shape and size all as specified and Drg incl polishing two or more coats over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface etc.

REPAIR TO TABLE DINING 6/8 PERS FD-273/376 (a) Taking out old unsv top from table dining 6 pers and supply new top of 18/19 mm thick veneered particle board solid core type (1 phase teake veneered particle board solid core type & other side commercial veneered) exterior grade and provided teak wood beading 6 mm thick around fixed with suitable size 6 mm thick around fixed with suitable size of steel screw and applying two coat of French polish with touch wood brand polish and fixing the same all as specified and shown in drg and all as directed.

(b) Description all as per item No. 3.94 here in before but Tabel Dining 8 Pers.

(c) Taking out old unsv legs from table dining 6/8 pers and S&F new legs of teak wood all as shown on drg and directed by EIC.
