Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, including taking down cement plaster in ceilings scrubbing down with water, etc all as specified and as directed.

GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to metal studding, in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specificed and as directed.

Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound over 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on external surfaces of block masontry finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specificed and as directed.

Extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds and similar work n. exc 15 cm in width or girth; including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, all as specified an as directed.

Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 to soffits / ceilings or RCC slabs/beams without using extra cement, complete all as specificed and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparaion of newly platered wall surfaces and painting with two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specificed and as per directed.

Preparaion of newly platered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint with anti fungal properties over a coat of cement primer over plastered surfaces incl preparation complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing loose and broken distressed concrete / plaster by chiselling /picking etc upto a depth of 10 to 20 mm from floor / roof slab / chajjas and similar structural members cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc to remove dust, dirt and other foreign particles including necessary scaffolding etc and removal of debris outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Drilling 15mm dia holes in to RCC slab / wall / column / beams to a depth of 100 to 150mm & provide shear connectors of 10/12mm dia rod of length of 150mm bent to "L" shape (when reqiured) with 75mm to be embedded in hole & 75mm to be used as dowel, fixed with polyster resign grout mixed mechanically and pour the same to set complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

Applying one coat epoxy bonding agent as per manufacturers instruction to old concrete surface of columns, beams, soffit of slab and similar structural members etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Hard drawn steel fabric of weight not exceeding 3kg/Sqm, cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with mild steel wire, (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or welding to the existing reinforcement bars all as directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Pressure Guniting 40 mm average thickness at a pressure not less than 6Kg/Cm Square to soffits of RCC slab and connected beam, columns and similar members in cement mortar 1:3 duly modifying the mortar with 'Nitobond SBR' of Make : M/s Fosroc Chemicals India (P) Ltd. as per manufacturers instruction M/s Pidlite Industries Ltd / M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd./M/s Structural Water Proofing Co Pvt Ltd. / M/s BASF India Ltd. complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary scaffolding, T&P etc complete all as directed. NOTE:- (i) Nito bond SBR shall be measured and paid seperately at supply only rates under item no 27 of Sch of works. (ii)Since wastage in Nito bond SBR or Techno equivalent etc due to rebound during the pressure application. 2.34Kg / Sqm or as recommended by BOO (including wastage) shall be considered for calculation purpose .

Supply only Nito Bond SBR / M/S MC Bauchemie / M/S BASF / M/S Roff to use in cement mortar / guniting. All as directed.

Drilling and fixing Teflon perforated nozzles in RCC member, including drilling 14 mm dia. 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 600 mm in staggared manner or as directed by the consultants in RCC structural elements, cleaning the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. fixing of nozzels in cleaned holes. external end of nozzles to be machined to receive outlet of grouting gun. nozzel is fixed by means of epoxy by means of epoxy sealent to ensure complete sealing cure the system for min. 12 hours. the work should be be carried out with all the safety measures like like helmet, safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualifed supervisor. complete all as duirected.

Injecting low viscosity grade epoxy grout by pressure, by epoxy or grouting pump and compressor. Mixing :- Material components DR BECK 505C + EK 411 HARDNER + SOLVENT 100:50:50 weight batching. filling the grouting gun with resin mix, maintain disired pressure at exit (7 to 10 kg /Cm 2) by monitoring presure gauge at exit . Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements till its refusal. seal the nozzel with epoxy sealent (EPCO 10) after the refusal . Monitor lekages through other nozzles while grouting and sael them as per the requirement. Repeat the process all the nozzels. complete the poeration at pot life of material, grouting is continued to all the nozzles from bottom to top and not from top to bottom. cleaning the gun and accessories:- clean the gun ans accessories (Valves, pipes and other fixtures) with T- 60 thiner/ or equivellent of dr. fixit, krishna chemical, sunanda etc. The work should be helmet, safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor etc. complete all as directed.

Dismantling/taking down existing hessian base felt or any other water proofing treatment from roof/chajja including cement plaster, cleaning the surface and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5 Km outside the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Spreading / brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg / Sqm on old concrete surface all as directed.

PCC type B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) thickness as required at site) for padding concrete as on roof, etc complete all as specified and directed.

15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 on floor/roof /Chajjas surfaces mixed with WPC @ 200 ml per bag of cement finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. (NOTE:- WPC will be measured and paid separetly)

Cleaning the plastered/concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under:- (a) Apply bitumen primer at the rate of 0.27 litre per Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 and bonding bitumen of VG-10 @1.20 Kg per Sqm. (b) APP modified water proofing memebrane as per IS 16540/16532-2017, 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.50 kg per Sqm reinforce polyster/HMHDPE matt black finish over compatible primer/bonding bitumen and finish the top surface with bituminus aluminium paint @0.10 Ltr per Sqm complete all as specified. Disconnecting of existing tank of capacity 500 ltr and setting aside or lowering if required for repairs cleaning etc and refixing in position hoisting and connecting , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Priming old concrete surfaces using a 1:1 mixture of Nitoproof 600 standard and Nitoflor Solution of fosroc (or equivalent), followed by providing and applying Nitoproof 600 Standard (or equivalent single component pitch modified polyurethane) in two coats forming totally 1.3mm thickness cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane. Apply Dekguard PU as a UV Resistance Coating of 200 microns thickenss over the waterproofing layer. Make:Fosroc/Bostik/STP/Hindcon Chemicals or equivalent. Contd/--- 1.033

Contd/-- 1.032 NOTE:- a) The treatment should be done to a minimum 300mm height on the parapet wall. b) Proper slope should be given for the drainage. c) Main coat and primer should be of same manufacturer. d) The application to be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacturer only. e) Sequence and shade of colour of each coat will be as directed by GE. f) Total depth of treatment shall be 1 to 1.20mm when dried completely. g) Ponding test with 50mm height of water shall be conducted for 48 hours to ensure leak free terrace/roof. h) All corners, gaps, joints, protrusions and outlets shall be coated with two extra coats. j) Guarantee for ten years shall be given as specified in PS.
