Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kglm3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 Cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m’) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Painting
Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work
IPS Flooring: Providing and laying IPS (Indian Patent Stone) flooring of average 50 mm thick in panels of approx. 2 m × 2 m with cement concrete mix 1:2:4, including base preparation, glass/PVC joint strips, finishing, curing, cleaning etc. complete as per drawings and specifications.

Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface like Roof, bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 2.2kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1.2mm DFT, having Elongation at break >120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.
Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Design, supply, fabrication, erection, fixing, testing and commissioning of Lamella Clarifier Internals for a 5.0 m × 5.0 m clear RCC tank, complete in all respects, comprising the following: Providing FRP / PVC lamella plates of size 2.4 m × 1.2 m × 5 mm thickness, arranged at the required inclination, including all spacers, clamps, fasteners and accessories; providing and fixing structural supports fabricated out of ISMC 100 sections, duly cut, welded, erected and provided with FRP lining / approved anti-corrosive coating, complete with anchor fasteners; providing and fixing Stainless Steel (SS 304) V-notch launder plates, laser cut and accurately aligned for uniform overflow; providing and fixing Cast Iron sluice valves of 150 mm diameter for sludge withdrawal including necessary fittings; providing and laying 150 mm diameter Cast Iron pipes for sludge withdrawal lines including jointing and connections; providing and fixing Mild Steel step ladder of 1000 mm width with anti-skid steps and handhold; providing and fixing Mild Steel hand railing of 32 mm diameter, 1.0 m height with vertical posts at 1.5 m c/c spacing; providing all bolts, nuts, washers, clamps, anchor fasteners and miscellaneous fittings; carrying out surface preparation and painting to all mild steel works with one coat of primer and two coats of approved enamel paint; including erection, alignment, fixing, testing and commissioning of the complete lamella clarifier system inside the RCC tank.
STP/WTP (Inside) waterproofing with Anticorrosive & Protective Coating - Providing and Applying two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface of the STP/WTP tank applied @ 2.2kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1.2mm DFT, having Elongation at break >120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength>1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The material having Compressive strength of 38 MPa at 28 days as per EN 12190, Adhesive Bond Test, >1.5 Mpa as per EN 1542, followed by Water curing by sprinkling water for 3 times a day for 5- 7 days. followed by applying two component coal tar epoxy-based coating on inside surface of Sewage & Effluent treatment tank @ 0.30 kg/ m2 in 2 coats to achieve a DFT of 200 microns when fully cured. Ensure that this coating is applied over the protective plaster. The material shall have Scratch resistance, for 7kg load as per ASTM : D 7027 - 05, Chemical resistance, immersion in dilute acid alkali & salt solutions – 7 days confirms to ASTM : C 868, Salt Spray resistance confirms to ASTM : B 117.
Underground structures waterproofing with HDPE membrane - Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Rafts, below grade slab, Lift pits, water retaining structures with fully bonded 1.5 mm thick HDPE waterproofing pressure sensitive adhesive membrane over PCC before laying raft concrete having higher puncture resistance of 1000N as per ASTM E 154, confirming to BS 8102 & IS 16471:2017, requirements of UG waterproofing structures. Laying adjacent sheets by keeping overlap of 75mm, end overlaps to be treated using double sided tape.
