Tenderer is required to clearly mention the make/brand and submit detailed Specification/catalogue (if any) of the offered product.
The offered furniture shall be of reputed make such as Godrej or equivalent. The firm shall be a manufacturer or authorized supplier of furniture manufactured in India. The product shall conform to relevant BIS/IS standards and the firm shall possess valid ISO 9001 certification, with documentary proof to be submitted along with the offer. The offered item shall conform to the tender specifications, be made of durable materials, and carry a minimum warranty of ___ months.The firm shall submit a compliance statement (Yes/No) against each specification along with catalogue/brochure.Offers not meeting the above criteria are liable to be rejected

Submission of EMD & SD is governed by SECR Tender condition 2019 and Correction slips with latest updation till the date of tender opening. (i) Submission of EMD@2% of the estimated value of the tender subject to Max. Rs.20 Lakh as per Correction Slip No.001. (ii) Submission of SD: For all tenders issued performance security/security deposit shall be 5% of total value of contract and shall be taken from all vendors for contract value above Rs.25 Lakhs subject to the applicable exemptions.
