M & L 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd @ 200 mililitre per 50 Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions over concrete surface and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalum aluminium zinc coating steel based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (total coated thickness) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa minimum, yeild strength, it shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% aluminimum, 43.5% zinc,1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surface @ 150 gm/ sqm of coating as specified and shall be fixed with hot dip galvanised, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprened and EDPM washers as in roof covering all as directed at site all as specified and dircted. Note- Fixing of sheet can be done in any shape( round/semicircle etc)

M & L 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab/rubbing, polishing etc, including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above.

M & L for glazed vitrified tiles 9 to10 mm thick light shade (square/rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles exc. 0.72 but n. exc. 1.28 sqm in floor/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Blue Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) of exterior grade for cladding near entrance of Alucobond / Alstrong / Eurobond or approved equivalent make for external wall / column / canopy/partition cladding in combination of solid / Metallic colours, including all necessary frame work and complete weather sealing. The composite panel should consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium sheet (alloy designation 310S) making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surface will be furnished with Lumiflon based flourcarbon coating on top sides and service coating on reverse side. Coatings shall conform to specifications of specifications of ECCA / AAMA and conforming to the mechanical properties of panel as per detailed technical specifications. the system shall be fixed using GI brackets and stainless steel bolts and nuts complete with spring washers and cap nuts and all other necessary accessories. The bracket support shall be designed as per manufactures specification and shall withstand a wind pressure of 150 kg / sqm. all hardware shall corrosion resistant frame out of anodised aluminium member, including taking down of old sheet alongwith all fittings, complete all as specified.
