Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces or demolition/Taking down existing Roof treatment by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC padding 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) levelling course of average thickness 25 mm, top surface of PCC padding shall be furnished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:4 all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces conforming to IS-3384 of 1986 @ 0.70 kg/Sqm and applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with non -woven polyester matt laid on primed surface by torch application all as specified with overlap of 10 cms (overlaps to be thermo fused by flame) all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster, including removing debris/rubbish materials off the site out side MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with in liquid water proofing compound on than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished surfaces even and fair all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing compund.

M&L 1.5 mm thick wall care putty on wall Surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat primer all as specified and directed.

Providing & applying anti algal water-based Elastomeric exterior wall finish including surface preparation, applying suitable wall Prime seal primer 8-10 Sqm per Litre coverage area and application of two coats (base coat 4.2 -4.7 & top coat 6-6.5 sqm per Litre coverage area ) all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth/wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles and removing debris out side of MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for HD ceramic coloured digital tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile with 6 mm spacer filled epoxy hardener colour all as specified and directed.

M&L for HD ceramic coloured digital tile 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in skirting/dado, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry laid over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of the tiles all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including removing debris out side MoD land all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm laid over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall surfaces all as specified and directed..

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings including ridges all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks , coping etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for Rolled mild steel sections conforming to Gde Fe-290(Gde-165-E) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails & guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L plastering 12 mm thick average Polymer modified mortar (ready mix pack) in finishnig coat after cement slurry finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, curing and removing the debris outside MD lands per manufacturer's instruction including two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rate of polymer shall be included in quated rate.
